Twitter and G+ MOZ not tracking

Our company site TW and G+ accounts are not being tracked by MOZ although they are connected with MOZ. Can someone please look into this?

After peeking at your account, it looks like the Campaign settings for that second campaign do not have the Twitter and Google+ data stored. If you can enter those again into the settings, we should be able to track that data. The social data for the first campaign seems to be working well. If you are still having trouble, make sure to let us know by emailing help@Moz.com so we can dig into the issue with you. I hope we can help!

It was a couple months ago when it was initially updated. MOZ is only showing the amount of followers, which I believe is wrong too. Please advise. Thank you.

when did you put the details into Moz, new things tend to take a little while to get going, i'd give it at least a week before you worry. If you are super pooper worried though you can drop Moz a help ticket here - http://moz.com/help/pro

Domain authority get down significantly. Internal MOZ Issue? Google Algoritm Update?
I've noticed that several websites have lost DA since middle of october. I attached a picture. Could be this a MOZ internal issue like happened a time ago? Not only the DA get down, I have lost C-blocks links, too

Are the metrics in Moz's SERP analysis relevant in my area?
Our site (https://loco2.com/) specialises in train journey planning at ticket booking, so we want to improve our ranking when people search Google for a specific journey they want to make (eg "London to Barcelona by train"). We have a set of about 400 Guide pages (eg London to Barcelona) which we want people to find when they search for those journeys. I've been trying to find out why some of those pages do better than others in search, and what our competitors are doing better. I was hoping that the SERP analysis and Keyword Reports tool could help me with this, so I ran analyses for a set of the keyword phrases we want to rank for, but I was surprised to find that most of the metrics in both the basic and full reports don't seem to relate to how high in the search result a page ranks. The screengrab attached shows the results for "Brussels to Paris train", which are fairly typical - many of the top-ranking pages have fairly low scores for most metrics, and the metrics don't seem to have much effect on how high they are in the search results. ( I assume N/A means the Page Authority is very low, or is it not calculated for some other reason?) I looked into this a bit further by downloading full reports for 11 keyword searches, and comparing the average scores for each metric with the rank, but I still couldn't see any effects of the metrics on the ranks. If anything, pages with higher Page Authority and Domain Authority were further down in search rankings. Does this mean that link metrics aren't very important for the kinds of pages we're looking at? This makes sense to me, because if I'm searching for tickets from London to Barcelona I want to find a very specific results page which is unlikely to have many links, but I keep reading that link metrics are one of the most important factors in SEO. Why is MOZ and Google search Volume so different?
A search term in MOZ shows the monthly search volume to be 49K. In Google, the same term shows the search volume at only 1300 monthly searches. Which do I trust? Thanks, Don

Moz tools are returning "url is inaccessible"
Hello everyone, I have been trying to use the on page grader tool and I have also tried to do a site crawl test, and both tools have come back with a "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible" error. This has not been a problem before. Any ideas why this is happening eg what is blocking it. The url is www.livinghouse.co.uk any help for a novice would be appreciated. PS. I have had another tool also not giving any results, so I assume its something on the site which is blocking the tools. Could this also block Google? Thanks Giles

Conflicting Data with Open Site Explorer & SEO Moz Toolbar
Hi there, Why is my SEOmoz toolbar showing me higher linking root domains than open site explorer? For example, for this site: http://thisisouryear.com/, the linking root domains in SEOMOZ show 1,015 and in open site explorer it says it has 35. I have noticed this for other sites as well. Which one is right? And why are they different?
