The Linkscape Update Calendar lists two updates in July (7th and 11th).

For some internal calendaring, it would be helpful to know which date the update will roll.

Google RankBrain Update Affecting Ranking Reports?

In the past 2 months we have been seeing a large amount of movement in our ranking reports in Moz Pro. Here is what is going on: We run reports for around 15 different clients using Moz. We also track around an average of 100-150 different keywords for each client (some more, some less). What I have seen lately is that we have a week where the sites do great, next week a large shift down. The week after a large shift up. The next week a large shift down. Rinse, repeat. It makes it very hard to spot the trouble areas on a page or keyword when there doesn't really seem to be a consistent way of knowing what the trends are. It appears to be random, and the next week they seem to recover, along with some that do not. We will see some keywords drop 30 places, only to regain the majority of that drop the following week. Some of the sites have received content updates while others have remained largely untouched. It is very confusing to see this pattern, and I have tracked it for about 2 months. Is anyone seeing a similar pattern in their reports? Could this be related to the rollout of Google's RankBrain, the new AI learning tech from Google? Most of the keywords are tracked are not long tail, and are basic local business/service type of keywords. Plumber in St Louis, etc etc

Spam score is 7/17

My site has a spam score of 7/17 and I'm not really sure how this happened - I think maybe when I changed my domain from Wordpress to Bluehost? It's very hard to get my site to rank in Google and I'm getting very few hits through search engines, wondering if the spam score is why? How do I fix this? The flags are: Low MozTrust or MozRank Score

When is the Chrome MOZ-toolbar going to be updated? It flaws into other website designs.

Hey, The MOZ toolbar destroys the layout of a lot of sites, which makes it very annoying always switching from top to buttom, then back up, etc. from website to website. This doesn't happen here, but on really a lot of other websites.
This shouldn't take that much time to fix, could it? Please let me know when we could expect an upgrade, or at least let us know, that you are aware of the problem. Regards,

Update in Moz spider/tools?? Flagging duplicate content / ignoring canonical

Hi all, Has there been an update in the SEOmoz crawling software? We now have thousands of dupe content/page title warnings for paginated product page URLs that have correctly formatted canonicals. e.g. http://www.woolovers.com/british-wool/mens/tweed-green/wool-countryman-suede-patch-sweater.aspx ... has following pages with identical content that have been flagged: http://www.woolovers.com/british-wool/mens/olive-green/wool-countryman-suede-patch-sweater.aspx?p=true&rspage=4 http://www.woolovers.com/british-wool/mens/olive-green/wool-countryman-suede-patch-sweater.aspx?p=true&rspage=6 http://www.woolovers.com/british-wool/mens/olive-green/wool-countryman-suede-patch-sweater.aspx?p=true&rspage=4 ..plus 4 more URL's. But they all have canonical set. There's even a notice at the bottom of report that tells us there's a canonical set to http://www.woolovers.com/british-wool/mens/tweed-green/wool-countryman-suede-patch-sweater.aspx What gives, SEOmoz ?? Data Update for RogerBot

Hi, I noticed that rogerbot still give me 404 for http://www.salustore.com/capelli/nanogen-acquamatch.html refferal form http://www.salustore.com/protocollo-nanogen even I made changes since a couple of week. Same error with one "Title Element Too Short" on our site. Any suggestion on how to refresh it? Best Regards n.

Linkscape API having bugs

Hi, We are using the SEOMOZ Linkscape API (url-metrics and links) but the the API is not working well. We are sometimes (without any proveable reason) getting an http error with code 401. Like I said earlier it happens sometimes really often and sometimes just once. What could be the reason for this? We have an account with the following login seo@traffic-builders.com. LDA vs Farmer/Panda Update

Has anyone re-run the correlation data for webpages' LDA Score since Google's Farmer/Panda update? I still have my writers use the LDA Tool and I am curious to know if there was a significant change in correlation now that "quality content" is touted as a more important ranking factor by Google.
