We have a mobile site that uses angular js, so we are using Pushstate and adding the tag to each page so Google receives an HTML snapshot.

My question is if Bing supports this meta tag and will fetch the correct version of the page?

Well, I know Bing says they support it, but how well it works, I don't know.

You can read about it here on the Bing blog post, and Tom from Distilled answered a similar question on Moz here.

Website removed from Bing and Yahoo

Hello, Our website howtoremove.guide was recently removed from the Bing and Yahoo index. The first thing we did was contact Bing Webmaster support to ask what the issue was since we did not get any notifications or messages in our webmaster dashboard. The email that we got back said “I have escalated the issue to our engineers and will get back to you once I receive an update.” Since then, we haven't received any word back from them, but we did not find any technical problems and we strongly believe we were manually penalized. We've never had issues with a search engine before, so we are at a loss what to do. Could you please give us advice as to what technical issue our website might have or what could incur a deindex penalty in our case? We want to do everything that is possible to get back into Bing and Yahoo search results ASAP. The website has primarily affiliate content, so we are doing anything we can to clean everything up, but any recommendations will be incredibly useful to us. We are also open to contacting an expert on this, but we have no idea where to look.

Excellent performance in BING, terrible performance in GOOGLE

Dear all, We're struggling with the SEO of our platform www.taobao.nl for 6 months now. I posted some matters before on the MOZ forum and followed up the ideas that i received (tnx again 🙂 But so far there really isn't much result. Recently i found out that my platform is doing excellent in search engine Bing.com (ranking top 3/4 on my main keyword 'taobao') while my platform's homepage is still ranking dramatically in Google on the same keyword (ranking between position 180-280) Does anybody have some insight for me what could be the reason for this or how/where i can fund it out? Bing Webmaster Tools failed to reach sitemap any suggestions?

My sitemap has been submitted to Bing webmaster tools well over a year ago and I have never had any problems. Starting last week it showed failed, for some reason it can't reach it. I have resubmitted several times and it fails every time. I can go to the url with no problems, and Google Webmaster Tools does not have any problems. We have made no changes in over a year to how the sitemap is made and submitted. Anyone have any ideas?

How does Google or Bing Recognise my Blog?

I have a blog as part of my site http://www.over50choices.co.uk/Community/Ashleys-Blog.aspx and has been live for approx 10 weeks, but i dont think google recognises is yet as a Blog. Is there anything that i can do to speed this up? We have posted about 25 posts. Thanks

No Results for Google/Bing Keyword Search by Domain Name

My site is bestwebconsult [dot] com When I do a search for my exact domain name in Google and bing, it does not appear at all. I have submitted a sitemap to Webmaster Tools. It is a relatively new site completed with in the last month. Built with Joomla. This leads me to believe that something is misconfigured on the website. Please advise, thanks!

Drop in number of pages in Bing index

I regularly check our index inclusion and this morning saw that we had dropped from having approx 6,000 pages in Bing's index to less than 100. We still have 13,000 in Bing's image index, and I've seen no similar drop in the number of pages in either Google or Yahoo. I've checked with our dev team and there have been no significant changes to the sitemap or robots file. Has anybody seen anything like this before, or could give any insight into why it might be happening?

Bing Ranking Factors

I have a site and we rank very competitively on Google, but we would like to increase our exposure on Bing and Yahoo. I was wondering if anybody might have some tips or pointers for increasing your ranking on Bing. Also, if anybody knows of any Bing ranking guides or top ranking factors for Bing that would be very useful too. Thanks, Jason
