I have a robots.txt error on Moz but not on Google Webmaster tools. Wondering what to do.

For the site www.patrickwerry.com, I'm getting a DA of 1 and a

Error Code 612: Error response for robots.txt

However, when I check webmaster tools, it's showing no errors and allowing robots.txt for the domain. Is there anything I can do to fix the issue on the Moz side so I can get better data? If you can respond in layman's terms even better. Not an SEO.

hi, On ahrefs it's showing me that my web Fit Food has 1.2k backlinks and 140 referring domain. while on Moz it's totally different stats which making me confuse to understand. So is Domain rating is different than Domain Authority?

Moz error with domain and page authority if no www in my domain

Hello, so our domain is website.com and we do not use www in our domain. Now moz shows our page authority as huge (website. Com) and domain authority very low. But our domain is our page that we rank. Is this due to the fact that we use no www and we rank our main index page? Am I correct? Thanks!

A few questions regarding Moz tools + E-commerce strategy

Hi everyone 🙂 I'm currently in the midst of optimizing a Scandinavian E-commerce site. I have a few questions, that hopefully someone will be able to help me get answered. Firstly, GoogleBots should be able to recognize "ø" as "oe", "æ" as "ae" and "å" as "aa" in the URL title. I've noticed that Moz' On-page grader does not support this unfortunately - has something changed or do Scandinavians just receive a little less love than the English? Secondly, how does one avoid keyword stuffing on E-commerce sites? The products that are displayed in category pages all make use of the same keyword that is targeted for that category. As such, some pages have 40+ mentions of the keyword, although in reality there are less than 15 (the rest being in the product names). Any tips or tricks on how to get this optimized or does Google simply recognize the site as an E-commerce site and somewhat ignores keyword stuffing - as long as the website has sufficient content? Thirdly, has something happened to Moz' Open Site Explorer? It seems like something has changed and when I checked for backlinks for the site today, only 3 was found. I know for a fact that many many more exist (which other tools also confirm when they scrape the site). Looking forward to hearing from all of you! Best, Mark

My title has a TM symbol and Moz says I don't have the keyword in my title

Moz gave me a poor rating because I don't have the keyword in my title but I do, it just has a trademark symbol. Pelican 1500 Case is the keyword I'd like to rank for on this page: http://www.thepelicanstore.com/pelican-1500-case-1014.aspx Moz says the keyword doesn't exist on the page. Should I ignore it, remove it or otherwise change it? I feel the trademark symbol would help with CTR in the title.

Open site explorer: error message "There was an error getting your data"

I"m trying out MOZ, wanting to make an informed decision (for myself and my blogging students) whether this is a useful program to buy and use. I've had no luck so far with the Open Site Explorer. Each time I try, I get the same error message, "There was an error getting your data". I used the URL: http://writetodone.com I asked about the problem in the chat, but my question was posed over an hour ago and is still marked 'unread'... I"m keen to continue studying the program as I'm creating a video about MOZ. How can I make the Open Site Explorer work? I've tried the Analytics module but it seems to take some days to get results. What's with Moz continuously pushing back the Index Update date?

Moz seems to keep pushing back the Index update date, it was the 24th until the 24th, then it got changed to the 30th, now it is may 5th.... What is the reason for this?

Hello , Today when i checked my keywords ranking i found it Not in Top 50 although some of my keywords are in the first page in google , when i searched in internet i found the reason is new google update called (Pigeon).

How Is a Page Crawled by Moz When Moz Says 'No Links'?

As above, really. I've crawled a new client's site to find the Moz crawler has identified a handful of 404 errors. The Moz crawler says these pages have '0 linking domains', and OSE has no data for these pages. So how are these pages being crawled by Moz and what should I advise my client?
