SEO Benefit from Moz Profile link?

Hi all
Excuse the rookie question, but do the website links in Moz profile give positive SEO benefits?
If so how long should it take to start seeing improvements or have the linking domain in Open explorer and is there a way to speed things up?

It can help, but if you are expecting a single MOZ link to skyrocket you ahead of all your competitors, that will not happen. Google looks at the complete link profile for a site, and not one singular instance. Will it help? Sure! Will it make a night and day difference? NO.
The best way to use your MOZ profile is to make yourself an active member of the community, and show that you know what you are talking about. MOZ is a leading authority of not only industry experts, but also of people looking for help and advice. Link from your website to your profile page. Link to your social accounts from your profile page. If it is something you would like to promote, then have a space on your site that states you are a member of the MOZ community. We get link referrals from MOZ all the time, and we have also gotten leads from members on here looking for help.
In short, for it to be the most effective, don't think of just the link. Think of how you can use the community to broaden your reach and exposure.

Once you reach 200 points in your Moz account, they will remove the "no follow" from the first link in your profile. Check out more about how Moz points work here.

If you are talking about the links you created in your profile, those are all "nofollow" so there won't be any value. To get one of them to be a "follow" link you have to earn a minimum of 200 MozPoints.

DA score Decreased but Linking Domains Improved
Hi, I have observed that even if number of linking domains increased but DA value can still decreased. Can anyone Please let me know how to improve DA score. Focusing on gaining quality backlinks is already in process and number of linking domains also increased over the last 2 months but DA score got down. OSE: Missing back-links and High DA website with low DA backlinks
I have gone through a website with 81 DA; where its link equity back-links with highest DA of 70. Hardly 5 back-links 60 to 70 DA and just 25 root domains. This seems very unusual to me. Can someone clarify this for me? Can a website with low DA back-links can make high DA? If so what could be other major contributing factors for this?

Does using Sucuri block Moz?
I am using Opensite explorer on my site which uses Sucuri and it shows 0 for everything. Does Sucuri stop MOZ from reading the link? I also suspect that using Sucuri has made my SEO suffer because the first page is always saying "redirecting" . Anyone with experience to this? Thanks

Duplicated content detected with MOZ crawl with canonical applied

I have a site with Joomla 3.3 that we recently migrated from 2.5. Joomla, for some reason that I don´t really get, creates hundreds of weird urls for the site like
mydomain.com/en -> joomla creates en/home/149-xxx-xxx/xxxxxx-xxxxxx that links to the first one.
The new version 3.3 knows this bug and applies a rel=canonical to the ones created "artificially", so they should not be identified as duplicated. Sample piece of code: en/home/149-all-en/xxxxxxx-xxxxxx" rel="canonical" / MOZ crawler identifies this as duplicated and like this I have thousands of pages duplicated all with titles, content etc... all the ones created by joomla. Still my site has good SEO results and I can not see any penalties but I am a bit concerned they may come in the future.... Can anyone explain me what is happening? The difference between the statistics MOZ & Ahrefs

I made 10K links in one year(from 45 Root Domains).the Ahrefs.com has show full list of link root domains and pages. the ahrefs rank is 49. but MOZ said my Established Links are 5!
