Is there a good tool for finding co-occurance words/terms?

It would be great if there was a tool that helped find words/terms frequently used with other terms.
For example, a search in this theoretical tool for "mobile app development" could bring up "iPhone app development" and "mobile app design" as examples of frequently co-occuring words.
Any ideas or tools for this kinda thing?

This is not exactly what you were asking about, but you could look at: http://www.ntopic.org/
You submit a keyword and some content and it will tell you how relevant the content is and also suggest keywords that should (and should not) be there (and how often) in order to improve relevance.

I've kind of found a hack way to do it… (you need a basic gmail account for this)
I go to Google AdWords, under the Tools tab I click "Keyword Planner".
Then under the "search for new keyword and ad group ideas" I enter in the keyword. When you click "Get Ideas" it will give you a whole listing of relevant keywords.
The purpose of this service is obviously to sell you the campaign but I use it to get keyword ideas. It also shows the competition for the words and how many people search the words monthly, so that's a bonus!
There's probably a better way out there and I'm sure there's a resource for this specifically…but this does the trick for me

Webmaster Tools Not Indexing New Pages
Hi there Mozzers, Running into a small issue. After a homepage redesign (from a list of blog posts to a product page), it seems that blog posts are buried on the http://OrangeOctop.us/ site. The latest write-up on "how to beat real madrid in FIFA 15", http://orangeoctop.us/against-real-madrid-fifa-15/ , has yet to be indexed. It would normally take about a day naturally for pages to be indexed or instantly with a manual submission. I have gone into webmaster tools and manually submitted the page for crawls multiple times on multiple devices. Still not showing up in the search results. Can anybody advise?

Optimized Page Not Ranking for Head Term
We have a primary donation page that we've tried to position well for the term 'Donate' and some of its longer-tailed derivatives. The page has plenty of high-quality backlinks and internal links, and hasn't had any manual actions taken against it. The backlink profile is fairly good from what I can tell, definitely not mainly spam. The issue is that it doesn't rank for 'Donate', at all really. For 'Donate Online' and 'Donate Canada', it ranks roughly #3-4 across major Canadian cities, but we're not even in the top 100 for 'Donate'. There are pages and domains that are way less optimized, with much weaker backlink profiles, that are ranking well ahead of us. It's not a noindex or robots problem, as the page ranks fine for many other terms. We also have a strong domain with around 660k backlinks according to MajesticSEO. Here's the URL in question: http://www.redcross.ca/donate I'm hoping someone can help us diagnose what could be going wrong with this term specifically and how we can get this page into the SERPs where it belongs. Thousands of /img/img/img urls generated by website - where are they coming from?
Hello -just fed website into Screaming Frog and ended up crashing computer as these img/img/img urls went into the 10s of thousands (and the numbers of img/img/img/ in each URL ended up going into the dozens and probably hundreds and more per URL). Never seen anything like it! Any idea what might be going on with this website and why it's generating so many of these URLs - it is anything to worry about? URL Redirect: http://www.example.net/ vs. http://www.example.net
I currently have a website set up so that http://www.example.net/ redirects to http://www.example.net but **http://www.example.net/ **has more links and a higher page authority. Should I switch the redirect around? Penguin update... is this a good idea?
I have one site that got hit by the latest google updates. Penguin and EMD. The site was making me nice income but now with the traffic drop its not. I was going to 301 to a new domain but was reading that if it works to bring it back in the serps it would only last 3-4 weeks... then i though just get a domain and add the content over time and get rid of the old domain. + take care and build better links. I bought website that already ranks and been around since about 2003 online. Not hit by the updates and has few goood links. Would it be a better idea to move content to this site and make it grow? Not sure what to do..

Posing QU's on Google Variables "aclk", "gclid" "cd", "/aclk" "/search", "/url" etc
I've been doing a bit of stats research prompted by read the recent ranking blog http://www.seomoz.org/blog/gettings-rankings-into-ga-using-custom-variables There are a few things that have come up in my research that I'd like to clear up. The below analysis has been done on my "conversions". 1/. What does "/aclk" mean in the Referrer URL? I have noticed a strong correlation between this and "gclid" in the landing page variable. Does it mean "ad click" ?? Although they seem to "closely" correlate they don't exactly, so when I have /aclk in the referrer Url MOSTLY I have gclid in the landing page URL. BUT not always, and the same applies vice versa. It's pretty vital that I know what is the best way to monitor adwords PPC, so what is the best variable to go on? - Currently I am using "gclid", but I have about 25% extra referral URL's with /aclk in that dont have "gclid" in - so am I underestimating my number of PPC conversions? 2/. The use of the variable "cd" is great, but it is not always present. I have noticed that 99% of my google "Referrer URL's" either start with:
