Best practice for setting up multiple Google Places listings?

Hello,
My client has just opened up two new smaller offices which I now need to have listed on Google Places as the primary office is. How is this done (using best practice)?

Chris is absolutely right.
Here's a tip: For each Google+ Location create a separate landing page on your website to associate it with and in the 'website' section on Google+ use the landing page URL, instead of simply your domain name. This is standard best practice when dealing with multiple business locations.

Google Places is now Google My Business (I think---they keep changing the name of it) and those listings are each tied to a person's Google+ profile.
Go to the individual's G+ profile under which the initial google business page was set up and create a new G+ page for the new location. Doing so will require that you verify the new location's business name address, and telephone and give it a listing on Google maps.

Unlinking Google Local Listing from your GMB Account with other locations you have
I have listings that I need disconnected from my main Google My Business account. I can close, or remove which is similar as closing, but the goal is not to close the listings, just to remove the association to my google account, and im not transferring the listing as well. Google My Business - two businesses, same location
I have client that has developed a new brand targeting a specific segment of their wider market - the more price sensitive customer. They have launched a website for this brand, which specialises in promoting special offers. Both operations have the same physical address and the new brand - that targets this niche, I believe has been set up as a service-area business on Google My Business. I think they should change this as they do publish their address on their website and do on occasion welcome customers on their premises. My question - at last! - is that can both businesses exist on Google Maps - with the same business address and is this the right way to proceed if I want to target directory listings for the new brand. Any thoughts welcomed! thanks.

Schema.org Best Practices
I am employing some schema.org markup for a dental website, and I am wondering what best practice for using markup is. The NAP is on the footer and on some pages on the sidebar. I was wondering... Should I use schema for the NAP on both the footer and the sidebar or is markup on just one enough? Are there any negative consequences to having the same info marked up twice on the same page? Should I use the itemtype "dentist" or "localbusiness"? Is there an added benefit to either depending how you look at it? My thoughts were that "dentist" is more specific, so that would also imply that it is also a local business... If I use the itemtype "dentist" on the footer and "localbusiness" on the sidebar would that violate best practices or would you get the benefits of both? Would love to hear all of your thoughts! Thanks!!!

Clients are not showing up on Google Places (Maps)
Dear Esteemed Mozzers, I am having trouble with a few clients not showing up on the map for Google Maps (Places). What's interesting is that for one of my clients, a number of her competitors (some of them in the same office building) appear on the maps, however, my client does not. Nevertheless, this client is on G+, uses Yext, Yelp advertising, PPC with Google, etc. and as far as I'm concerned, has signed up for every other 'local' listing service of value. With that, I'm hoping you guys may be able to point me in the right direction to get my clients back on track and showing up on the Google Maps (Places) listings. For companies with multiple locations, does Google mind "Duplicate Content" in local (maps) business descriptions?
I have about 20 locations for my counseling company "Thriveworks" on google. I am getting ready to submit a spreadsheet and take advantage of the new "bulk upload" to manage these locations. Each of my locations has a description that is basically the same in terms of sentiment, but 100% original content (because Google has historically hated duplicate content). 1) Should I copy and paste each location's current unique description into the spreadsheet, or just write one very good description and copy it for all 20 locations?2) Does Google like/dislike "duplicate content" as it applies to business descriptions?3) Is changing a location's description likely to temporarily harm the "ranking" of my business location in search results?Will really appreciate any help...

Bing Places for Business - Worth It?
Hey Fellow Mozzers, I am trying to determine if Bing Places for Business is worth the time and effort it takes to create listings. My business has 900 locations, and would take some time to create the bulk upload file to load into the Bing Places for Business dashboard. My question is, since Bing already does a good job of creating business listings using data from 3rd party sources such as Yelp and Citysearch, where I already have a strong presence for each of my locations, is there any value in overriding the automatically created business page for each of my location with information that I upload?
