Weekly Report not updated since Jan 26\.

I have multiple campaigns and they all say that the last update was Jan. 26th. Should I be getting a new weekly update for all of them by Feb. 3? Is there a setting that I need to checK?

I also have a lagging campaign; typically I receive reports on Wednesdays, but no update since Jan 28. Other campaigns seem healthy.

Thank you for the response! Just an FYI - I don't get that message that is in your pro panel. I get this message:

Yep our updates are usually available by Tuesday, but didn't get our second campaign until today. As noted by Alick and Ryan there is a notice on the pro panel. Image below.

Im having the same issue - no update since 27/01/15. I've just checked and there's a yellow note at the top of the page saying they (Moz) are a little behind in gathering the data.
I guess Moz have had a high server load/ issues this week. If no update in the next few days I'd contact support.

Hi JoAnne. I have updated data in some of my campaigns so all seems to be in order. They do roll out in a staged fashion as they're processed so an instantaneous update isn't to be expected. If you have your older data or original crawl data in there it should be working and update accordingly. Just give it some more time and you'll likely see fresh data soon. Cheers!

Domain Authority hasn't recovered since August
I really need some major advice on this one. Back in September, I asked a question on here as follows: "A client wanted to change their domain name, which we have now done. The site content itself is exactly the same. We put 301 redirect links in so that Google searchers would redirect from the old site to the new one. However Moz then said that it couldn't crawl the old domain because of the redirects and advised creating a brand new campaign for the new domain. We have done this but now Moz says that the domain authority of the new site is 2 (it was 14 on the old domain)." My original question and the answers I got are here: https://moz.com/community/q/new-domain-wipes-out-domain-authority). Generally the responses I got were that we should give Moz time to crawl the new domain and process all the "new" pages. It is now February, ie 6 months after the domain rename, and on Moz the site still has a DA of 2. It seems like 6 months is enough time to wait. We checked all the recommended guides and believe we have done it all correctly. I really don't know what to do now. Can anyone help or have a quick look and work out why this is so bad? Hello, There seems to be a bug regarding MOZ's customized report. I set it up as a weekly report but i received up to 3 emails (4-5 hours interval) with incomplete data. Kindly fix. I'm using gmail. Thanks!

Why isn't my Campaign Data updating?
I am new to Moz and my campaigns haven't been updating. I got the initial data, but I haven't received any new data since then. I think that I set up the account on the 23rd of July. My reports show that info, but nothing else. I have checked the dropdown for this last week and it is empty. I have done a lot of work and want to see if there has been any change. Help! FyBaH8B

Why has my website gone from 2 duplicate pages to 5000+ duplicate pages n 1 week?
Hi Can anyone please help. Using the weekly moz reports I realised that my website has gone from 2 duplicate pages to over 5000. As well as this pages with "too long URL" has jumped to over 5000 as well as missing meta tags. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers

Dashboard doesn't show new data for the passed week
Did Roger leave us to search for eastereggs 😉 ? My dashboard still shows data from the initial crawl (2- 8 april), and hasn't updated since. Have I switched something off ? The next run should contain 9 - 15 april, and that period closed yesterday so I wonder what's going on ...

I am new to MOZ, I set up one tracking campaign two weeks ago, I have tracked no keywords, I have done some keyword research for ranking difficulty and in two weeks I have already hit 50K pages crawled, I'm maxed out, is this common?
I am a startup and can't afford the higher plans yet. And even their highest plan is 600K pages crawled, which seems really low considering how lightly I used the tool and how quickly I hit 50K. Does anyone have any advice or information on how they use the tool on lower packages? Did I do something wrong to hit 50K pages crawled that fast? Does this pricing make any sense, it seems like an incredibly high price, I love the tool, any help is appreciated.

Moz Analytics - Custom Report Question
Hello Moz Forums! I'm having problems building custom reports for my clients. So, i've managed to put together a few reports and I've set these to be scheduled for weekly automated emailing! Now, here's the problem, before sending it to my clients, I was testing this by sending it to myself. This is what I receive: http://www.freelance-seo.co.uk/images/Moz.png I don't really want my clients to see 'By Moz!' everywhere when I send this out, is there a way to change this automated mail? Or a way to just just send the PDF without a link? Alternatively, have I just failed in using this product? Edit: Just to clarify! The 'simply change your report settings' option, just takes me to an option to edit the report title, not the email in any way.

Moz Analytics - Custom Report Question
Hello Moz! I haven't been here since the days of SEOMoz, but it's great to be back and i'm really pleased to see lot of shiny new tools at my disposal, but I do have a question in regards to functionality. If I have, for example, 15 clients in my dashboard and would like to run the same report for all of them. Assuming that I just finished creating a custom report for my first client, how can I duplicate this report without having to re-create this report 15 times? Additionally, while I am here. I have noticed that when I add a campaign, the last screen never finishes loading and the window seems to freeze. A quick refresh fixes this, but I thought i'd flag it 🙂
