Link Acquisition Assistant redirect to Open Site Explorer?????? How can i use Link Acquisition Assistant?
-
You're not being dumb. I had a typo! Sorry. Slide 21. I'll edit my original comment to so someone else doesn't run into the same issue. Cheers!
-
Sorry if i'm being dumb but all i saw in slide 31 is an image of a Google blog search
-
If you'd like to see the old list of operators that Link Acquisition Assistant appended to Google searches you can see it on slide 21 in this blog post: http://moz.com/blog/link-building-with-ose-a-host-of-other-tools, and then create your own spreadsheet to spit out the searches. Cheers!
Correction: Original response said, "...slide 31in this blog post..." The information is on slide 21.

I don't see the link acquisition assistant there. Just the competitive link finder

Hi Howard. The Link Acquisition Assistant has been upgraded and renamed "Link Opportunities" and is now here: https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/opportunities/link-intersect?site=fillinyoursite.com. Cheers!

Inbound links for https://www.example.com versus just example.com
Hi all, Wondering the difference between the Inbound Links stats for https://www.example.com versus only using example.com. When I type in the https:// version, I see 3 Spam Flags - for the example.com version, there are none. There are also spammy links pointing to the https version as opposed to the non-https version when I use this tool: https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/ Anyone know the difference and which should be regarded when fixing spam issues?

Open Site Explorer: Error receiving data
Hi, When searching many URLs in Open Site Explorer, we seem to be getting the same "There was an error getting your data" message come up instead of the URL's metrics and inbound links. We have tried on different browsers as well, and the same issue results. Is there a reason for this or a way to fix this? Thank you! voPdqF5.png?1

How can I tell what pages have links TO this page?
Hello, Mozzers! My client has a rather messy situation, with redirects for HTTP vs. HTTPS, and two different home pages, both in subdirectories. I could explain the whole setup, but I don't think it's relevant for my question, which is this: OSE is showing three links to the page in question, but doesn't tell me WHAT those links are. Am I just missing the information somewhere? Please see screenshot for details. Thanks so much! ~ Scott view?usp=sharing

Is this site linking to us?
Hi, Moz OSE does not recognize this site as linking to our site, but I feel like it has to be. Here is the code and the link to the site: http://www.avvo.com/attorneys/34655-fl-stacy-kemp-1843513.html#contact [https://kemprugegreen.com/location/tampa/tampa-car-auto-accident-attorney/](<a class=)" target="_blank">https://kemprugegreen.com/location/tampa/tampa-car-auto-accident-attorney/ So are they linking to us? If so, how come OSE cant find it? It lists it for our competitors. Thanks, Ruben

Why is Open Site Explorer Showing me Spammy Links That I Already Removed?
Every two months or so, I like to download the OSE list of all the backlinks passing equity to my site. I do this so I can see which spammy links I need to try and remove. However, I see that OSE is still showing me links that I already removed...Either A) the page that is being linked to is 404-ed B) the spammy website that was linking doesn't exist anymore or C) the spammy site still exists, but the link is GONE. Why is OSE still spidering these sites and links? Does that mean Google is still spidering these links? Should I disavow them to be safe? Thank you! P.S We are not experiencing any drastic drops in traffic or penalties at the moment.

Open site Explorer Facebook Shares
In open site explorer I have been trying to increase my Facebook Shares and likes. I recently posted my URL and got over 150 likes but none of that has been showing up in open site explorer. I noticed my profile was set to private so I went back and made sure it was public and the shared link was public but nothing. Can anybody explain to me what exactly the Facebook share is measuring? Because the explanation it gives me isn't working for some reason. Perhaps it takes a bit longer for Facebook measure than Twitter or Google Plus, but it has been a few days and I would expect it to have registered by now. Any help would be great. If it helps you can help check it out. My URL is http://www.baselinedental.com Thanks!
