Q&A Question showing as answered when it is not
-
Yeh, that question at http://moz.com/community/q/onpage-grader-says-site-unreachable
is not actually answered even though someone has marked it as such. Don't know how to mark it as not.
Just annoying, as it may prevent someone else chime in with new information now I have updated it with some more info myself as I am just trying to get this resolved.

Thanks.
But from what I read elsewhere, and what I am seeing I think it is unrelated to rogerbot being caught in the firewall and more likely a https SSL certificate issue.

Hi Jonathan,
I went ahead and changed the status of that question to "Unanswered."
Know, though, that the answer Sean provided may be the best we can do at this point.
-
Hi Jonathan,
The moment an answer is marked as a good answer and/or endorsed by Moz Staff it automatically gets the status Answered

If a response was marked as a good answer or staff endorsed, it will show as answered. I think if you go in to edit the question you can change it from answered to unanswered.
In my experience most people will still view and respond to questions if they think they have a helpful answer

What do you do when there is significant movement when checking a Ranking & Algorithm tracking tool?
I've checked various Ranking & Algorithm tracking tools (SEMrush, Mozcast etc.) and since 12th Jan 18 there has been a lot of 'turbulence' in terms predicted Google algorithm changes. This has been 'high' for the past 2 weeks. Question is, would you 'hang tight and ride the wave' or 'act fast'? Our actual rankings haven't really been affected positively or negatively - so I'm thinking I should just ride the wave to see what happens but keep a close eye on the rankings?

Moz Bar doesn't show any data and keeps asking me to log in when actually I'm logged in.
Hi all, I've been using Moz Bar for years. It ran well until about three weeks ago. It suddenly failed to show the DA and PA of sites that I open after I log in. And it keeps asking me to log in when I did. I tried to uninstall the Mozbar extension and reinstalled it several times. Nothing worked. I also tried to uninstall Chrome and clear the cookies, still, nothing changed. Did anyone experience this? How do you solve it and make it run on the track? Any information will be appreciated. Moz Pro Question: Does the amount of keywords you are allowed to search reset each month?
I am a Moz Pro subscriber and I really love the new Keyword Explorer tool. One question I have that I couldn't find a clear answer was regarding the number of monthly keyword queries. Do they reset each month? I hope they do.

New Spam Analysis Tool Results Questions
First off, I am incredibly excited about this tool. Secondly, I have a slew of questions, but the ones that are lingering for me are as follows. There are a few URLS that we used to control which are showing up in our list as spammy. The websites no longer exist as of roughly a week ago and I presume they still show up simply because of the last indexing. That being said, if a website doesn't exist anymore, yet the link is showing up in our GWMT or MOZ, is it still necessary to disavow? Is that overkill? http://alcoholdrugrehablosangeles.com/ is an example of a website we used to control and I have removed. My second lingering question is if there are a handful of links that are registering as spammy, and I presume it is due to lack of content/duplicate content, and I move that content to its appropriate place on another website and 301 that domain to its new home, will the "spam score" carry over?

MoZ vs Alexa & Moz vs Google
My colleague is continuously arguing with me why i went for Moz and why not for Alexa, He also says when Google is there then why Moz. I tried on my part to convince him but he has his own learning. Can anybody help me make him understand otherwise my job will become hard if he remains doubtful about Moz? Looking for down to earth and an honest feedback. Thanks Tanveer

Opensite Explorer Not Showing Link Root Domains correctly
Howdy Moz friends, In opensiteexplorer It shows my linking root domains as 45. I have been adding several new links over the past few months from various websites but my linking root domain still remains the same. In the "just discovered" tool it has been showing my links but not in the linking root domain section. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing? Thanks
