Great! That's definitely a bit more specific.
If you look at your anchor text for the back links in Open Site Explorer, you'll see a lot of "commercial" keywords which is very unnatural --> http://screencast.com/t/CeMDxdug - I'm going to guess from that evidence, that your rankings for "balar" keywords was artificially high to begin with, and now Google has dropped the site back down to where it should have been all along. The site itself looks pretty nice - not very spammy, and the design and content is pretty good.
Here are some great resources for acquiring links that are more natural and are more of a win-win-win for the business, users and Google:
- http://www.linkbuildingbook.com/link-building-resources.html
Here's some custom strategy for you. For businesses like this, you're serving a LOT of different industries. I find it effective to dive into one specific industry you serve (like urban watse: http://www.sinobaler.com/application/urban-waste-baling-press/) - this could be a REALLY fascinating topic to do some high quality content about!! I'm sure it's a hot topic, and people are very passionate about it. Invest some resources into a well researched piece of content about this topic and get it in front of people who care about the topic. They won't be the people who necessarily buy something, but they will share and link to it like crazy. I am thinking of people who care about natural, the environment, green living etc.
Then apply that to all the other sectors begin served: agriculture, food, clothing, etc etc - so you don't have to always write about the products, you can write about the industries.

Hi Dan,
Thank you for your reply, Your resources above is appreciated. and I have updated my questions title.

Hi Keszi,
Thank your responses, From Analysis, Links lost cause ranking down, Do you have proposal for this issue?
-
Hi Sally
I would start by checking out some of the great resources out there answering a lot of these questions and more:
I would recommend getting your question more specific. Those questions are as broad as you can get in SEO. More specific questions might be:
- Here's page ______, how can I improve it?
- How can we acquire links in ______ industry?
- We lost rankings for ______ keyword(s) for ______ site, what could be wrong?
Hope that helps you keep going in the right direction!

Hey,
there are so many things that could influence your rankings that is hard to tell if it is only from the links, or there are other factors also.
If you see a traffic drop from a specific date, then you could check for the Panguin tool from Barracuda: http://www.barracuda-digital.co.uk/panguin-tool/
And if the traffic drop is on a specific update date, then you could investigate that specific update, and start from there.
Let me know, if you have further questions.

Why would this site outrank a Pr2 site with higher domain authority?
I am trying to get a pr2 site to be on top 7 local spot for the keyword Van Nuys Bail bonds but have discovered a site which has barely any back links and is not even a year old on top results. Their backlinks are from lower authority domains than what we have. How could this site be beating a 7 year old pr2 website? The site I'm working on is http://bbbail.com/ The site that is ranking in 5th spot local with pr0 is http://www.vipbailbonds.org/ is it maybe because it is a .org site? Also I notice that all websites in top spots have www, could that be a factor as well?

How best to deal with www.home.com and www.home.com/index.html
Firstly, this is for an .asp site - and all my usual ways of fixing this (e.g. via htaccess) don't seem to work. I'm working on a site which has www.home.com and www.home.com/index.html - both URL's resolve to the same page/content. If I simply drop a rel canonical into the page, will this solve my dupe content woes? The canonical tag would then appear in both www.home.com and www.home.com/index.html cases. If the above is Ok, which version should I be going with? - or - Thanks in advance folks,

Ranking Internationally
Whats the best URL strategy to rank for one term in different countries? We currently rank well in Australia, but are tackling many countries over the next few months. The page I am ranking is http://www.spendbitcoins.com/buy for the term 'buy bitcoins' or 'buy bitcoins in Australia' (replace Australia with each specific country, i.e. New Zealand, Japan, etc.) These are the strategies I have come up with, is one of these good or is there a different better way? Use country specific TLDs, pulling the content from the same site w/ translations Use country specific TLDs and create separate sites and create completely original content Use country specific TLDs, forwarding to the primary domain use a subdomain from the same site modify the page link to be something like spendbitcoins.com/buy/new-zealand Don't worry about any of this and just get links from sites with the proper TLD

Sudden Drop in Keyword Rankings
We launched http://www.manufacturedfun.com/ earlier this year and had been ranking 1 & 2 on Google SERPs for the keywords we optimized, but last week we experienced a sudden drop in rankings that pretty much took us off the radar. For instance, 'popcorn machines' went as far back as page 5 and 'popcorn poppers' dropped even further to page 9. We are currently working on fixing the numerous Duplicate Page Title and Duplicate Page Content errors identified by SEOmoz, but since we have had those for about 6 months and ranked well anyway, I wonder if there's something else that we are missing. Any insight you can offer will be sincerely appreciated. Thank you!

How can I prevent duplicate content between www.page.com/ and www.page.com
SEOMoz's recent crawl showed me that I had an error for duplicate content and duplicate page titles. This is a problem because it found the same page twice because of a '/' on the end of one url. e.g. www.page.com/ vs. www.page.com My question is do I need to be concerned about this. And is there anything I should put in my htaccess file to prevent this happening. Thanks!
