Is it possible to find out where traffic is coming from on someone else website?
I want to know where the new buyers are coming from who are interested in outsourcing. Attached are some of the pages they would be looking at.
Who are visiting these pages and where are they coming from:

The straight answer to this is NO! You cannot look in to analytics data and see who are visiting these pages and where are they coming from but yes you can always look in to their back link profile and see which websites are linking to those pages and guess accordingly.
Just a thought!

iStorm & David have nailed the answer, you should use a combination of semrush & similarweb. I also use moz to review backlinks - as many will be referrals.
So you have three to cross check. Similarweb gives you the "easy answer" however it should then be cross referenced with moz and semrush - to get a stronger understanding.
Leaving aside referrals similarweb - also has a display advertising function, which offers guidance.
-
Try semrush that will give you an idea of how much paid vs organic traffic they have
-
There are other tools out there that will give you some insights into competitor traffic as well.
SimilarWeb (www.similarweb.com) is a great one that will break down an estimate of traffic sources for a domain. They have quite a good supply of data, and I have found their estimates to be pretty accurate.
-
You cannot see there Analytical data but you can get a idea of their referral traffic from open site explorer and their organic keywords / landing pages by including them in your keyword research.

Website removed from Bing and Yahoo
Hello, Our website howtoremove.guide was recently removed from the Bing and Yahoo index. The first thing we did was contact Bing Webmaster support to ask what the issue was since we did not get any notifications or messages in our webmaster dashboard. The email that we got back said “I have escalated the issue to our engineers and will get back to you once I receive an update.” Since then, we haven't received any word back from them, but we did not find any technical problems and we strongly believe we were manually penalized. We've never had issues with a search engine before, so we are at a loss what to do. Could you please give us advice as to what technical issue our website might have or what could incur a deindex penalty in our case? We want to do everything that is possible to get back into Bing and Yahoo search results ASAP. The website has primarily affiliate content, so we are doing anything we can to clean everything up, but any recommendations will be incredibly useful to us. We are also open to contacting an expert on this, but we have no idea where to look.

Delay to rank for authority website versus new website
Hello, I have a website that has been existing for years. How long does it take if I have a good content on a page for it to rank ? I read here and that that it can take 4 to 6 months but it never says if it is for a brand new website or a old website that has an authority and some links. I also read that some people publish content and rank within a week on competitive keywords. So who is right, what is there to read in between the lines ?

Having issues crawling a website
We looked to use the Screaming Frog Tool to crawl this website and get a list of all meta-titles from the site, however, it only resulted with the one result - the homepage. We then sought to obtain a list of the URLs of the site by creating a sitemap using https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/. Once again however, we just go the one result - the homepage. There is something that seems to be restricting these tools from crawling all pages. If you anyone can shed some light as to what this could be, we'd be most appreciative.

My direct traffic went up and my organic traffic went down. Help!
So on Oct. 21, our direct traffic increased 3x and our organic traffic decreased 3x. And it has been that way ever since. Almost like they flip flopped. Additionally, that was the same day I started retargeting to our site. I have tagged all the links from the ads and they're being counted as google paid clicks in GA. And our accounts are linked. I am just dumbfounded as to how this could happen.

Redirect wordpress.com and internal link ?
Hi Moz Fans, First of all, I need to say thanks to all of answer to previous post. And today i also have the another question that similar to that post. Because our website using Wordpress.org as our CMS for blog post then easier to redirect by point to new site, According to setting site URL ? However in our each blog articles also have anchor text as internal link that link to another blog post, Which mean those link will be automatic redirect to new URL. So once Google bot re-crawl our website when we tell the Google by webmaster tools and the redirection we using 301. What will be happen when Google Bot crawl those link again We need to changes those link as well Keep same with redirection. Nothing happen

We're currently not using schemas on our website. How important is it? And are websites across the globe using it?
Schemas looks like an important thing when it comes to structuring your website and ensuring the crawl bots get all the details. I've been reading a lot of articles around the web and most of them are saying that schemas are important but very few websites are using it. Why so? Are the schemas on schema.org there to stay or am I wasting my time?
