We find with the vast majority of our client's websites it takes a little while for Google to notice you. Give it a bit of time and I'm sure you'll start seeing your brand name up there. And as pointed out above, get some high quality links pointing at your sites and you'll start to see some improvements.

Thanks for the response. I understand the importance of link building and such but is it normal for my site to not rank _at all _for when searching for it? I've checked every single search result page and couldn't find any pages to my site.
I guess my question is: is Google 'hiding' my site until I get more authority?
Thanks again for the help.

Congratulations on launching your new website! You currently don't really have any links pointing to http://www.indigolune.com, which is going to make it hard for Google to consider your site important relative to other sites on the web that have your keywords in the title. You need to find a way to get websites to link to yours in order to increase your authority. Social shares are nice, but they alone will not do the trick.
Here is Moz's basic primer on links and link building, but I think a simple start would be with a single press release announcing the launch of your new business. This won't get you a ton of links, and they will be pretty low quality, but they will be a start. Also, consider reaching out to friends, family, coworkers, business partners, associates, etc. to see if they would be willing to write a blog post about you launching your new website. Even just a couple of participants may be sufficient to get you ranking for your brand.
Good luck!

Questions About The Right Hosting
Hi All, I have a few questions about the right type of hosting that I should be using. I understand that many people say we should be using the best hosting that we can afford. However, when I have a website with just 650 pages / posts is it really worth worrying too much about where I am hosting. I am UK based so at the moment I am using a UK host along with a CDN. I have a unique IP address and on a server that has a limited amount of websites on it. Â The main question is there really any need to be looking at anything else. The truth is I have used cloud hosting before and the website loaded slower around the world with that than it does with my current setup. Thanks

302 error removing site from results
I have a client who had a screwy url structure based off of parameters and all. They hired a developer that added the keyword to the end of the url and set up 302 redirects to the new keyword included url. Since then the entire site has virtually gone missing in the results but it is not penalized. I put in a request with webmaster tools for reconsideration and they said there was no penalty. I only just found the 302 problem today and think this is probably the problem. Could this remove a site from the search results?

Removing inbound Spam Links
Hello, Last February one of my clients websites was delisted. It turns out that some time ago that had attempted to launch a social network along time lines of ning. The project had fallen apart of the was still up. At some point spammers found it and started using it as part of a link farm. Once it was discovered, the subdomain it was posted on was removed and the website returned to search within 2 weeks. Last week, the website disappeared again OSE shows that in the last 2 months the website has got 2000 (There are about 16,000 total spam links) additional spam links now pointing and the root domain. On top of that, Google Webmaster Tools is reporting about 15,000 404 errors. I have blocked Google from crawling the path where the path were the spam pages used to be. If there a way to block the 1000s of inbound spam links?

Robots.txt file question? NEver seen this command before
Hey Everyone! Perhaps someone can help me. I came across this command in the robots.txt file of our Canadian corporate domain. I looked around online but can't seem to find a definitive answer (slightly relevant). the command line is as follows: Disallow: /*?* I'm guessing this might have something to do with blocking php string searches on the site?. It might also have something to do with blocking sub-domains, but the "?" mark puzzles me đ Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Rob
