How to get an Updated Logo in Search Results?

I'm having trouble getting a new logo in search results. My company, RealSelf, updated our logo over a year ago and both Google and Bing continue to show our old logo in image results. Worst of all, this means that when people look for our logo, they find the wrong one and include that in new, external content.
Here's a list of what we've tried:
- We've modified all the logos on our site with the new one (not including a few PDF whitepapers from before the redesign
- Added schema.org logo and organization markup
- Featured a high resolution image on our "Logos" page (top result for "RealSelf logo")
- Verified wikipedia has the proper image
- Modified all social profile logos: Twitter, Facebook, G+, etc..
- Begun outreach efforts to have high ranking image results update our logo
I'm wondering if there are other ideas besides getting more creative/successful with our outreach tactics?

Dirk's suggestions are perfect. In addition, I would add a few things.
First just to check, this is your real new logo now? http://fi.realself.com/images/layout/logo.png?1398004321
When you do the image search in Google, just look at where all the old images are located. For example I would go through ALL of the results, not just Dr Ellen - like this one shows up for me: http://www.elitemdspa.com/realself-testimonials/
Contact all websites that are using your old logo and ask them to update to the new one.

Point 6 seams to be the most important one - make sure they update all the logo's (most of the results I get seem to be affiliated with your company - so this shouldn't be to difficult to do).
Example: http://drellen.com/realself-reviews/ - the logo is changed in the body - but the bigger logo is still the old one.
On your site - rename your logo to real-self-logo.png & make the alt "Real Self Logo" to make it very obvious that the image = your logo

Google detects wrong information to compnay's knowledge graph on search index - Please help
This issue is about website properties' information showing on Google's search index with brand keywords. We have 8 different domains that operated separately in 8 countries. All are responsible for their individual domain. When I Google it with our brand name 'Flight Centre' in Google.ca, Google's search index shows company website link with flightcentre.com and detects all information, social profile etc.. from Flight centre Australia. Please see the screenshot. How to change this information that Google shows or detects website link and all other properties from flightcentre.ca? Anybody about with a quick answer would be awesome? Website Name Before Search String in Google SERP
I'm curious to hear whether it's better to have your company name before the Search String, or after it?When I search for Church Management Software in Google, some results place the company before the string.

Where Does Google Pull the Photo From When You Search For Your Brand?
Hi All, In doing a search for our brand from our corporate HQ (Learning Tree), I came across a large embedded "ad" so to speak on the right hand side front and center of one of our locations (see attached photo). Clearly this is from Google's Knowledge Graph. We aren't pleased with the photo of a computer screen pulling randomly from our website...we are OK with the map listing though. Anyway to change this? As a note, when you search for "Learning Tree International" (our more official name as the entity as a whole - we have many locations around the world, and also one near our corporate HQ, which is the one that's displaying when you search "Learning Tree" alone), much better imagery of our logo is displayed. Brand Name searches: Low Click Through Rates in Google - What are your CTR in the SERPS for your Brandname?
Hello, Checking the Analytics part - Search Engine Optimization/ Queries - I found suprising results for my website: The website is no. 1 for my brand name but only has a 28% CTR on the brandname in the Google SERPS! Some background info; The website is no1 for the brandname. Sitelinks are shown. Google Maps is shown on right. In the period are no adwords advertisments on my brand name as I know. Best image size for FB Timeline updates?
Does anyone know the best size for images that are uploaded to FB timeline? For instance if I make a meme, the worlds seem to always get cut off when they show up on people's timelines, or view them for their phone. Any thoughts on this? At first I thought square worked best (and looks like it does if you visit the actual page) but for people viewing on their phones or their own timeline (maybe?) it looks like they are seeing a 4:3 image. Is the image size that people see not universal? Thanks!
