Rich snippets are not showing in search
-
We have a new real estate website. It was launched some 3-4 months back.
Search results are not showing rich snippets. Although as per Google testing tool everything is just fine(All Good)
As per Google webmaster they deduct 0 pages with structured data.
Please suggest. The URL in question is **https://compare-properties.com/project/jaipur/melodia **

Hi,
Webmasters Search Console is showing structured data is implemented on 60 pages with 0 error. Just waiting to see rich snippets in SERP.

Hi Kristen,
Now the webmasters is showing 25 pages with structured data however it's not showing rich snippets.
Perhaps it's because this is a new website and may be Google feels that it cannot be trusted.
I will keep updating this thread about the status.

If in Google Search Console it's all in place and no warnings are shown, you should wait.
Sctructured Data Markup it's just a suggestion for Search Engines and may appear if your site is relevant, trustworthy, and many other factors.

Star rating not showing up in local pack, and knowledge panel pulling in healthgrades
Hello, I have a client that when you Google just their business name a couple of odd things are happening. First off, they show up in the map pack, but it's now showing their review rating. They have 29 reviews, with an average star rating of 4.6, but at first glance, it doesn't look like they have any reviews:

Not Showing Up On Local?
Hello, I purchased Moz Local for our fitness and performance company, BIM Fitness & Performance, about 6 weeks ago. Compared to the other people in our area, we have the highest DA. We show up 2nd in search but are not showing up on the "map pack" for local. That said, can someone please help me pinpoint why this may be? We've selected several categories that are relevant to search and we can't seem to understand why.

Client has 2 locations across the street from each other, 1 of them doesn't show up in Google Maps anymore unless you type its specific branch name. Help
Client has 3 locations in NYC... 1 is on the east side

2 of them are a block apart on the west side (52nd & 51st street). When you search the business name, you only see 2 of the 3 listings - 1 on the East side and 1 of the 2 on the West side. On the West side only the one with more reviews shows up. The semi-hidden location still exists. You can find it if you type in the exact full name of the branch (it has the brand name + Midtown West vs its neighbor a block away that's brand name + Hell's Kitchen). Otherwise, it's invisible. The Hell's Kitchen location that appears has 3000+ reviews. The hidden one (Midtown West) has only 250+ reviews. In the past, all 3 would show up. How do we get all 3 to show up again, at the initial, zoomed out view?0 -
Paid review service stars in search ads - why is that allowed?
I'm looking at paid review services like Trustpilot, FeeFo and others. I'm told I can filter out bad reviews, which I can't do with my Google Certified Stores reviews. I'm struggling to understand why Google include these in the reviews it uses for the star ratings in search ads. I know it's a different thing, but surely these reviews are in breach of the rules that Google apply to their own "My Business" reviews? They talk about "Conflict of interest: Reviews are most valuable when they are honest and unbiased" here: https://support.google.com/business/answer/2622994?hl=en Does anyone have a take on whether Google will drop these as the momentum builds in collection of their own reviews? Thanks, Paul

Yelp to Show Evidence of "Review Fraud"
I just came across this post on SELand: http://searchengineland.com/yelp-adds-link-to-evidence-of-review-fraud-222740 Has anybody noticed this on their/a client's Yelp page? I'm curious to know what percentage of listings have received this type of flag. What are your thoughts on this new implementation?

Star Ratings Showing in SERP
Hello everyone, I'm looking to display testimonials with star ratings in SERP's for a RV repair shop. The testimonials will be unique and manually added to the site. Is this achieved through Rich Snippets/Schema markup or is there a specific way to implement it to influence Google to display the ratings? Thanks in advance. webmasters_99170_rsreview.png
