Having trouble removing certain photos from our Google plus?
-
I have a client that has images appearing on their on their Google+ profile that they don't want. They are not user uploaded images....but images being uploaded via Google maps and other sources. There is no readily available "delete" option for these particular photos.
Google provided this article about dealing with these photos https://support.google.com/business/answer/6130451?hl=en&ref_topic=6130059. It turns out we have to "flag" this photos to get them removed. We can just take them off the Google+ profile.
Does anybody know a work around for this? We don't want to wait weeks or months for Google to manually remove these photos.

Hi there.
I haven't dealt with such problem before, but here is an idea - what if you "user upload" new nice images, which will get +1s and shares - in theory this should push unwanted images down, out of sight. Or at least out of first glance sight
This might help a little while you wait for google to remove bad images.
Hope this helps

What are your experiences with Google+?
Hi all, It would be great to hear about your experiences with Google+. We've tried a few times to use it in the hope that it might give us a hand in SEO terms but it has been utterly painful. Not only because the UI is almost impossible to figure out, but because engagement is essentially 0. Perhaps we're doing something wrong. How has it gone for you? Ross

Google+'s +1 for business....
I'm thinking (and I could be wrong) that eventually the number of people that have +1'd a site will begin to impact search results. After all, it is Google's platform. What are your thoughts on this? And do you know if having someone +1 your site is different than having them "follow" you or add you to their circles? Should a business have more followers or +1's?

How does Google 'see' Facebook shares?
With Rand's new post about the correlation between FB Shares and rankings, I wanted to ask... How is Google able to see what links are being shared? Does the profile have to be public? Or do they get anonymous info direct from FB as part of some deal?
