With the new update on the Page Optimization all my previous page scores and rankings are not longer showing up. Why?

Since the page optimization tab has updated all my previous page scores and rankings are no longer there. But if I am looking at the pages on the dashboard tab, they show up.

When in the page optimization tab and try to click on a page to see the ranking, score, and tips to improve, it doesn't show any data. The page is almost blank.

What happened and how do I fix it?

How do I fix the 500 error when trying to use the page optimization tool?

I keep getting an error when using the page optimization tool - Moz staff replied when I used the chatbot and said that they're receiving a 500 error from my server and to whitelist pagella however my server is not blocking anything. Keyword Ranking Report shows 3 duplicates for each keyword

I have a question about tracked keyword reports. When I extract my data for November for one of my campaigns, there seems to be 3 duplicates of each keyword in the report, each showing different ranking and rank change data. Can you confirm why this happens and how I can tell which the most recent data is? Thanks

Why is Moz Crawl Diagnostics labelling pages as duplicate when they appear to be different?

Moz Crawl Diagnostics is flagging some pages on the Doorfit website as duplicate, yet the page content is completely different and not identical. Example. Page: http://www.doorfit.co.uk/locks-security/secondary-security Duplicate: http://www.doorfit.co.uk/seals-and-sealants?cat=279 Does anybody have any suggestions as to why this might be the case? Duplicate Page Title

I am seeing pages show up in my campaign Errors report for Duplicate Page Title. One for example states that this page: https://www.inprocorp.com/AboutInPro/AboutUs/HistoryTimeline/tabid/316/Default.aspx has a duplicate page title as this page: https://www.inprocorp.com/AboutInPro/HistoryTimeline/tabid/316/Default.aspx I have a redirect setup so that if you access page #2, you are redirected to page #1. So how do I get errors like this to drop off my report? Have I not fixed the problem sufficiently for the crawler? Thanks, John

Competitor Rankings Not Showing Up

When I look at the rankings report in my campaign, the rankings are showing up for my site, but aren't showing up for my competitors. One of the search terms (tower climber certification) is showing that my competitor isn't in the top 50 even though they are number one. Any ideas why this is happening?

Duplicate Page and Title Content

We applied the tag to our website but Moz still picked up an error in Duplicate Page Content and Duplicate Title for http://www.corpsyn.com/ and http://www.corpsyn.com/index.html after the crawl was completed yesterday. From the forum last week, we tried using the rel=”canonical” tag to tell the Moz crawler that the two pages are the same on purpose but it didn't work. A problem with the MOZ New response to Question Email

Hi, It seems that the MOZ New response to Question emails are getting my mailbox stuck (using outlook). This does not happen with any other email including your other reports and emails. Maybe its only me but it happens to me on two active questions I have with you (2 different new response emails I got). Thanks
