MOZ Bar recognizes a link as No-Followed even when there's no evidence of nofollow nor external tag
-
Hi!
I've seen that the Moz bar recognizes some links as NoFollowed, even when technically are followed.
One example of that is this page:https://wiki.python.org/moin/PythonTraining
I've attached an image to clarify.
The link is just: <a class="https" <span="">href="https://rmotr.com"> there is no evidence of no following tag (such as external, nofollow, etc). Thanks!

Ha! I've never imagined that.
Thanks for the reply! -
Hi Gaston! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
I had a chance to peek at this site and it looks like the entire page is tagged as "no follow" which is why MozBar would be reporting all the links on the page as such, as well. Here's a screenshot of where in the MozBar we were able to confirm this: http://screencast.com/t/5L0w6AQl
As always, you can reach out to our team with any question of this type in the future by shooting us an email at help@moz.com!
I hope this helps, but certainly let me know if there's anything else I'm able to assist with.
Thank you,
-Kristina

Location Data Batch Updates via the MOZ API
According to the MOZ API documentation, I am able to update multiple Locations in a batch in order to create or update their location data, currently 130 locations. I have successfully created a batch and the API returned the $id, as I expected. Yet, it doesn't make clear how the multiple locations I want to update are supposed to be sent back to the API. I was expecting an upload of a CSV file or JSON data, and not Query Parameter as noted in the docs. When including a JSON file, properly formatted, as a binary upload, the response is still expecting a locations parameter. See error here: { "status":"MISSING_PARAMETER", "message":"locations missing. ", "response": { "locations":"MISSING_PARAMETER" } } https://moz.com/developers/docs/local/api#_api_batch__id-PATCH

Moz Api Integration with Google Data Studio
I want to automate my competition research process. Right now my competition research is completely manual which is ok if working in a small project. Usually, start looking at Google for the best sites for a specific niche. In an excel sheet insert the URL in a column and start to put information in next columns, information such as DA, PA, backlinks, page speed, schemas validation and stuff like that. As I mentioned for a small project I usually take 10 websites as a reference to analyze how difficult can be rank a website. The problem starts when I have to scale when I have to evaluate 100 or 200 or even more websites in different niches or target location or industry. Does not make sense keep doing manually. So my question is there any way to connect the Moz API to Google Data Studio or Google Sheet

Moz Not Accounting for Google Tags
The main problem I have is that the most serious issues facing my site have been dealt with using Google Tags, but Moz doesn't take this into account (this has been verified by a Moz employee) so I can't get an accurate account of what crawl issues need fixing and which ones are resolved. Does anyone know a way to make Moz Tools account for Google Tags?

Domain Authority drop due to Moz update?
Hi guys, I have noticed an unusual Domain Authority (DA) drop in mid November for many different websites here in Sweden. There was a Moz update the 12th of November which I assume has to do with this drop. I have attached the DA history chart to visualize the drop. Does someone have any information about: Did the drop in DA have to do with the update the 12th? Did the new update have a new type of metric calculation? Is anyone else experiencing this drop? Any extra details would be helpful. Thanks a lot guys. YLhKVwF.png

Moz Crawl Log File
Hi All - We have a large client who's website when down for a few hours the same day we crawled the site with Moz. They are asking if we can get a log file with the details of what and when Moz crawled on their site. Have any of you ever experienced this issue before? Is that data out there? Really appreciate the help.

What is Moz's Error.aspx?aspxerrorpath HTTP Status 302 error message?
Hi, I am not sure what this error message is: "Error.aspx?aspxerrorpath". It immediately follows pages that are given at 302 status in Moz's crawl report. The same pages have never had this error before: | http://www.homedestination.com/news/2013/Minneapolis-home-price-appreciation.html | | http://www.homedestination.com/mortgage-worksheet.html | | http://www.homedestination.com/foreclosure-eligibility.html | Each page has a 100% score with WC3. Could you give me more insight as to what Moz may suggest I do to give the page a 200 HTTP status as before? Thanks.
