How best can I change my domain name and keep my domain authority and page authority.

I've recently changed domain names and my old domain was a DA42 and now I am at a DA22. Everything has 301 redirects.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You should check out the webinar about when we changed from SEOmoz.org to Moz.com. Our SEO-at-the-time Ruth went through her process and addressed a lot of things like DA drop due to losing some link authority, etc.

Comparing Domain Authority Scores

Since your scale (like PageRank) is a logarithmic scale, it makes it hard to judge the distance between 2 scores. Can you give me a rule of thumb. For PageRank, each jump is an exponential jump - so that a PR6 is perhaps 10 times stronger than a PR5. What is the log base that SEOMoz uses. Should I assume that a 60 is 10 times stronger than a 50? This is important when it comes to measuring progress because growth is going to get more difficult as you move up the scale and I need to communicate the distance between our current Authority score and our goal. Domain authority drop

Hi SEOmoz gurus, The last 2 months I am seeing a drop in the Domain authority for some of my clients. Some of them are old sites. Some are new (less than 6 months old) For the old sites I thought the reason for the drop might be caused by discounting the value of low quality backlinks. But this cannot be the case for the new sites - they have high quality backlinks from newspapers and I can't make any sense of the drop. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Might this be caused by a change in SEOmoz algorithm? Thanks!

Campaign Domain "change" (www. vs no www.)

Hello, I'm tracking a domain (with www.thespin.be) since months. Last week we changed things related to domain & server and now SEOmoz has 0 pages crawled. I think that's because now my main domain is without www. (thespin.be). How can I modify my campaign to reflect this "change" (that's not really a new domain..) to avoid losing all my campaign history ? Also, on Google Webmaster Tools it's like I have 2 different sites (one with www. and another without), although I've defined my favorite domain (without www.) months ago.. How to track all domain keywords?

Hello, lets say I have domain www.example.com I want to track rankings of www.example.com/product and www.example.com/anotherproduct with different keywords, so do I have to set up 2 different campaigns? Or is it possilble to track whole root domain with paths? Thanks!

Missing Page Titles On The Comptetive Link Comparison Page

Hello, When I do a Link Analysis using the SEOmoz tools I have noticed that most of the pages listed on the Top Pages tab show [No Data] for page title. Any idea why that could be? The page source of those pages have one and only one <title>tag.</p> <p>Thanks!</p></title>
