How to show number of products in your Google SERP?

I have used to rich snippet to my website & everything is working fine except showing the total number of products listed in the particular category. Check out the screenshot below:

I think you posted this message before seeing my last response, but you'l notice that they use "results" (like us) and google it picking up on that, but your site has nothing after the number

Just to follow up, on our site we have on categories that have more than one page it says "Showing 1 to 24 of 32 results ", and in the serps it says "Results 1 - 24 of 32"
For categories with one page , its say eg "Showing 15 Item(s)" and the serps says 15 "Item"
But for a category that has only 3 products "Showing 3 Item(s)" the serps does not show anything, so there is no guarantees that it will work.
(on a side note, I must change the way we display the number of products, "results" and "items" are not really the right terms )

So yeah this has nothing to do with rich snippets, goojle is just figuring the product count. So if you look at the example size, they have the text showing "Showing 53 products" so google has worked out that there are 53 products, but on your site it says "showing 1 - 52 of 156", note it does not say "products" so google not picking up the meaning of "showing 1 - 52 of 156", I would guess just by adding "products" to the end of that text, google will pick that up.

Yes I tested, but it doesn't show. Even for those websites which are coming with the number of products in SERP are not showing the value in rich snippet testing tool.

When I go to your site and search on USB flash drives, I see 53 products, same as in the Google snippet. What number did you expect to see? http://imgur.com/ZKZGvyb

I have seen google show the number of products on pages that don't have rich snippets too, so it can be just what google bot decides what to show or not.

Google News problem
Hello to all. The latest Google algorithm changes have had a big impact on the way that Google news features stories, at least in my country. I've been featured heavily in Google News until about 6th of october, when the changes had the biggest impact, but since then, I haven't been featured at all. Prior to this, I would be featured for keywords on almost any article, not necessarily on the 1st position, but I was almost always there. Posts still show up in the dedicated News category, but not in the main search pages. I've seen a lot of websites being impacted, but some with lower ranks than mine still show up there. I haven't done any changes prior to the 6th of october, and I haven't done any link building campaings, just getting links from higher ranking news sites in my country, for articles I wrote. What I'd like to know is if there were any major changes for Google News and I'm not complying with any of them, or If i could check to see if there are any other problems. I don't have any penalties disclosed by Google, and no new errors in the Webmasters console, I'm just baffled by the fact that overnight the website was completely cut off from being featured in Google News. And one other strange thing, I'm now ranking better for searches that are kind of opposite to my website's main theme. Think about mainly writing about BMW, and less about AUDI, but ranking a lot better for the latter, and a lot less for the other. Thank you.

Product Listings - is it worth indexing the whole product catalogue?
I'm working on a site that has around 500 product listings. This is for a rental company without any sort of ecommerce platform, so, there's no prices, no adding a product to a cart, etc. Also, there are no different sizing / color options for each product, so each product is the canonical version. After some restructuring, we're starting to see a lot of 404s and just some general mess. I have a couple of thoughts. My first is to just noindex each product. We hardly get any direct traffic to an individual product page, and if they land anywhere related to products, it's usually a category page. If I noindex the products, I don't have to worry about the 404s. My second is to implement the rel=canonical tag on each product to correspond to its primary category. While this is sort of liberal use of the canonical tag, I'm thinking that it could help drive more organic traffic to the category pages. Does anyone have any insight or thoughts on this? Site dropped from SERP
Hello, I've been ranking a site for the last 5 months with good success, ranking on the first page for a high traffic keyword. In the beginning of September however, my site completely dropped out of the SERPs for several of those keywords yet my site was still indexed and there was no penalty applied to my site via search console. I would assume this maybe because of the update during the time.My site came back again a week later and it was ranking much higher on the first page (#2). Today, I just checked the SERPs and my site is now gone again. It was there this morning but now as of two hours ago it is gone, as well as one of my main competitors. My site is still indexed and no penalties via search console. Does anyone know what causes these types of issues? Im assuming my site will come back in a week or so with hopefully the same or better ranking, but when I have disruptions like this it really hurts my organic traffic. Any input is appreciated. Weird Cigarette URLs showing up in Google Webmaster Tools
Hi there, I'm noticing a bunch of URLs showing up in my google webmaster tools that are all cigarette related (they are appearing as 404s in the crawl error report). They are throwing 404 errors which is why they are listed here... Anyone have any idea of what this could be? I recently switched from Wordpress to Shopify and these weird URLs just started appearing on my webmaster tools in the last week. Kinda bizarre / a little alarming! Thanks,

Title tag not showing on google? Please Help!
I've read the FAQs and searched the help center. New (google) local SERPs has 40 character limit on title length
Should i change my all the page titles for pages that show up in local SERPs to reflect this new limit? Is there any benefit to leaving it at the old limit and having more keywords in there? Or would there be benefit to conforming to google's new standard and having shorter titles?

Google shows the wrong domain for client's homepage
Whenever the homepage of my client's homepage appears in Google results, the search engine is not showing our URL as our domain, but instead a partner domain that is linking to us. (The correct title and meta description of our homepage is showing.) I believe this is caused by the partner website (with a much higher pank rank) linking to our homepage from their footer to a URL with it's own domain that 302 redirects to our homepage. Example: Link: http://www.partnerwebsite.com/?ad2203 302 redirects to: http://www.clientwebsite.com/?moreadtracking The simple fix would be for the client to ask for removal of the 302 hijacking link - but they are uncomfortable with this request since they had requested it prior, and their relationship is not the best. Is there any other way to fix this?
