How do I fix: Error Code 901: DNS Errors Prevented Crawler from Resolving Hostname

The Moz Site crawl has pulled this issue on our site:
Error Code 901: DNS Errors Prevented Crawler from Resolving Hostname
We have double checked to ensure that the site is not blocking any crawls but the error is still happening. This is preventing Moz from acknowledging the other errors that we have fixed. How do I prevent/fix this error message?
Thanks!

I'm also getting the same kind of error numerous times; and yet Google's search console has no problems...?

Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
These crawl issues tend to be pretty site-specific, so without knowing what site got the 901 error it's tough to troubleshoot. When you've got specific crawl questions like this one, feel free to write in to help@moz.com with your questions and we'll see what we can do to help you out!
I'd recommend writing in with all the details of your campaign and the issue you're seeing - we'll take care of ya!
