How long after a new site goes live can the campaign be created in Moz?

When trying to create the campaign using the site URL, it's gives me an Oops.

Howdy.

Is the website accessible through a browser? All DNS propagated? How about robots.txt blocking? If none of these is the issue, and website has been live for couple days, then there is something wrong somewhere. Email at help@moz.com - they'll help you out

Robots.txt blocking Moz

Moz are reporting the robots.txt file is blocking them from crawling one of our websites. But as far as we can see this file is exactly the same as the robots.txt files on other websites that Moz is crawling without problems. We have never come up against this before, even with this site. Our stats show Rogerbot attempting to crawl our site, but it receives a 404 error. Can anyone enlighten us to the problem please? http://www.wychwoodflooring.com -Christina

Campaign. Only 1 page is crawled

I have a campaign setup a couple weeks ago and noticed that only 1 page has been crawled. Is there something I need to do to get all pages crawled?

SEOmoz Campaign Setup: What would you do?

I've been using moz for nearly a year now. Initially when I set up our site (rac.com.au) it was as a single campaign for the rac.com.au domain. However, our business has a number of different product offerings and marketing teams (Insurance, finance, travel/tourism, automotive, security etc) - would I be better off setting each of these 'sub' brands as a campaign on their own using the 'folder' campaign setup? For example, have a campaign setup for the Insurance business (rac.com.au/insurance) folder, Finance business (rac.com.au/finance) and so forth? The advantage I see to the folder campaign setup is more specific reporting for each of the business units. Are there disadvantages to this? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Why Is SEOMOZ No Longer crawling All Of My Site

Hi all, I joined Seomoz over a month ago and Roger has been crawling all of the pages on the site approx 20 pages. Through out the last few weeks I have been working on the errors and notices identified by Roger. However, this week Roger has only re-crawled 1 page and is not picking up all the other pages. Has any one come across this problem. can you recommend any thing to resolve it? Many thanks in advance....

When do I see the new Linkscape?

Hi I have seen a Tweet and item on the latest news saying that the Linkscape has been updated. I'm still seeing a report generated at the start of May though. What do I need to do to get my grubby hands on the latest data? Chris
