Moz only crawling one page of a campaign, please help

Today I set up a new campaign for a client, however the crawl has only found the home page and is saying that the URL is unavailable. The site is definitely live and the URL is correct. I have set up the campaign 3 times one with the full address (http://www.) one with www. and with just the domain name. All three of these have come page with one page crawled and "unavailable" above the URL.

It is picking up the crawl issues on the page and showing domain authority but I don't know why it's not crawling other pages. Prior to setting up the campaign I did a site crawl and Moz found everything then, so I don't know why it isn't now.

Please help.

Its hard to determine why the crawler might be stopping at page one without specifying the domain that you are trying to track. Can you email us at help@moz.com so we can dig into the issue?

How to have MOZ site crawl pre-launch

Hi, Our new website is about to launch. We would love to have moz.com SITE CRAWL our site before launch. For issues like "missing meta description" and everything else that moz.com checks. We would love to do it before we launch. The new site is currently on a different domain than our live site. example.com <-- this is our live site. new-site.com <-- this is our "staging" server with the new site. We have a long running campaign for example.com Do we need to create a new campain for new-site.com ? Or is there some other simpler way? When we launch we will switch the site from new-site.com to example.com .. example.com will be the address for the new site.. Any ideas or suggestions? best practices? edit Forgot to say thank you for your help and input 🙂

How do i stop Moz from indexing my dev site?

Hey, I am new to MOZ, and I am seeing in my page reports that I have duplicate content, but this duplicate content is mostly my development site. dev.domain.com. I have this blocked in robots.txt for google. How do i stop MOZ including it in its reports? Cheers everyone.

Does the Moz crawler have a static ip address?

We block AWS from crawling our site. Does the moz crawler use a static ip address that we could allow? I'm currently not able to add a campaign because Moz can't connect to our site.

Why can't I Ctrl + click on links on Moz any more?

I'm interested if it's just me that gets frustrated by this? I've just Ctrl + clicked a few links to open them in separate tabs and then realised that none of them had opened. I know it's been like this for a while. It's a usability issue as it goes against expected norms, and now I have to right-click and then click "Open in new tab" on each link, which is more time-consuming and frustrating. More and more websites seem to be losing their Ctrl + click on links ability (JavaScript often breaks it). I don't know if there's a Mac equivalent... Anyway, I hope that doesn't seem like I'm too angry. It just frustrates me a little and I hope it gets fixed. 🙂 Edit - I've just realised these are getting blocked by Chrome's pop-up blocker - but why? It's only an issue on a small number of websites.

Error help for newbie please

Hi, I signed up after seeing the videos on Udemy and YouTube (white board Friday) So I've started the free trial and am looking forward to getting my site ranking higher. I've crawled my site www.sussexchef.com and its come back with the following errors (please see below. 608 I'm sure this information is very important but I have no idea how to fix the 608, I found a robots.txt in my directory and deleted it as I think that maybe the problem? I crawled the site twice by accident so will have to wait till tomorrow to find out? 404 I found it quite hard to find the broken links at first but once I realized all the information I needed was in the table I think I got them all. did I miss a tutorial or am I just a little out of my depth here? 503 I have no idea how to fix these, I can click the links and it takes my to that page or file. so how can it be the server down? Or is this because they are links to PDF's? should i convert them to jpegs and give them meta data? Analytics stats not showing up in MOZ Campaign report

I connected a MOZ campaign to a client's Analytics. It seems it's connected properly with the same Analytics ID # and everything, but the stats still show 0 in MOZ, even though there are thousands of visits in Analytics for the same date range. Pls help! Derek
