Hey Moz Family!

I'm looking for a screen share platform, like gotomeeting, for our agents. However, we need one that does not require the other party to download anything. I know I came across it once... they sent me a link that prompted for a code and that was it. We work with seniors, half our problem is getting them to the right place on there computer. Having them download something to see their screen will be to hard.

Any recommendations?

How much dev knowledge as an seo do I need to know in order to make small changes on websites?

Hi mozzers I am considering learning some dev just to be able to make minor changes on websites. I love seo but will never want to be a programmer. I get sometimes frustrated that I have to request my dev colleague to make minor changes such as adding a small piece of codes to a website for verification purposes or adding rich snippet or modifying the ga code to get more out of it. I know some HTML and understands the core elements and attributes. My first question would be: what should I learn without learning A-Z of programming? My guess would be some php and? My second question: based on your answer where can I learn about these programs? Any interactive learning services such as team treehouse ? Any online courses? Thanks!

Where can I get all of the slides from Mozcon '13? I attended.

How to ask Google to remove old pages that don't exist

I have moved a site to a new location. There are a number of pages that date back to 2012 and 2011 and we do not want them anymore. Is there a way to ask Google to remove these pages entirely.

I need recommendation on an email system for customer service center.

My client has way too many emails coming into his inbox and it's preventing him from closing orders. He wants to be able to split the email load among everyone in sales so he isn't burdened with answering all the emails while his staff sit on their asses. Can anyone recommend a system where emails sent to info@example.com are answered like a customer service system?
