How Can I Batch Upload URLs to get PA for many pages?

Howdy folks, I'm using advanced search operators to generate lists of long tail queries related to my niche and I'd like to take the batch of URLs I've gathered and upload them in a batch so I can see what the PA is for each URL. This would help me determine which long tail query is receiving the most love and links and help inform my content strategy moving forward.
But I can't seem to find a way to do this. I went to check out the Moz API but it's a little confusing. It says there's a free version, but then it looks like it's actually not free, then I try to use it and it says I've gone over my limit even though I haven't used it yet.
Anyone that can help me with this, I'd really appreciate it. If you're familiar with SEMRush, they have a batch analysis tool that works well, but I ideally want to upload these URLs to Moz because it's better for this kind of research. Thanks!

Moz Top Pages and Tool Bar Not Crawling Internal Pages and Links
Hello, We’re having two issues with our Moz tools and we’re not sure what’s causing them and whether they are related. The Moz Bar isn’t highlighting some of our internal links (including navigation links). The Top Pages Report in Open Site Explorer is only picking up the homepage and a couple error pages (none of the internal pages). The full Crawl Report is picking up everything though. Could a potential cause of both these issues be the Title attribute in some our links? – We use <a <="" span="">title="Example" href="link"></a> <a <="" span="">Or is this most likely from something else blocking the crawler from accessing our links/pages? Google Search Console does seem to be picking up the links in the navigation and everything is indexed/rendered correctly so we also didn’t know if this is something that could be issue. On-page SEO in Shopify
Can I successfully perform on-page SEO in Shopify much like I would in a WordPress website? Reasons why I am asking: No plugin I know of like SEO-All-in-one, yoast or any plugin I know of.... URL is www.yourwebsite.shopify.com - Will my on-page efforts be fruitless with this kind of URL. Will the MOZ 'on-page grader' work properly with pages at www.yourwebsite.shopify.com or www.yourwebsite.com? Any Advice, pitfalls of performing on-page and off-page SEO in Shopify? Is there a tool that works like crawl test that allows more than 3000 pages?
I enjoy using crawl test inside moz but I need to find a way to crawl all the pages on a site. It would probably be in the neighborhood of 10,000 urls. Does anyone know of a free tool and if not is there a paid tool that will do this?

No Keyword in URL, but it is there
Hi,friends. I have grade A on all pages but system shows like no keyword in url, but it is there. for example i have Latvian keyword: bīstamo kravu pārvadājumi (with Latvian characters like Ū, Ā) I have url with exact keyword in it: http://vervo.lv/lv/kravu-parvadajumi/transports/bistamo-kravu-parvadajumi So why moz dont see that keyword, it does not understand special characters?

Duplicate page content
Hi guys the feedback form my campaign suggests I have to much duplicate page content. I’ve had a look at the CSV file but it doesn’t seem to be abundantly clear as to which pages on my site have the duplicate content. Can anyone tell which columns I need to refer to on the sheet, to ascertain this information. Also if the content is only slightly different, will Google still consider it to be duplicate? Moz reporting appropriate Canonical tag usage but no canonical tag on page !?
I take it this means that the page in question has been referenced via a different pages canonical tag but that the page in question itself does not have a self referencing canonical tag (and that it should do) cheers dan
