Hi,

How do I "force" Google to change the Parent Organization in the Knowledge Graph box? I've gone about & suggested changes a few times by the Parent Organisation value is still being displayed.

Can you manage multiple department store hours showing up in a GMB knowledge card?

Recently one our clients noticed that their GMB knowledge card is showing multiple opening hour sets for different departments. Is there anyway to directly influence these results? We know schematic markup helps but are there any other options to manage these different department hours? Thanks

Bing "knowledge graph" for Doctors?

Hello Mozzers, Today I ran across a knowledge-graph-esque bar in Bing. My first thought was "how do I get in there?" I set to work trying to check out what competitors are in this bar for clients in other industries. These listings seem to be for doctors only. Here's what I found: These listings came up for: [city] doctor, [city] orthodontist, [city] pediatrician, [city] optometrist, etc. After I did this research I realized the listings were individuals and not businesses. I set my search to professional services focused on a single person, like attorneys or accountants. Still no dice. Has anyone seen or know what this is? How to have profiles removed from google feature box

I have a client who is a lawyer and used to work at law firm. Since he has opened his own practice. But if I do a search for my clients name a google feature box comes up and says he works for this previous law firm. How do I get this removed. There is no mention of him on the competitors web site.

How do I get Google Knowledge Graph to display my schema snippet added on our official website?

Right now, Google is connecting our company google query to a Knowledge Graph that contains Wikipedia information, and a map to the location of our place but with the name of the company spelled wrong. It also says 'Claim this business'. I would like to override this. We have a G+ page for our company , and as well i have added a Schema to display the information correctly in the Knowledge graph. But these changes have not seemed to help to change the knowledge graph. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

How To Change Image Used In Business Knowledge Graph...

How can one change the image that Google shows in a business' knowledge graph in the SERPs? And the image I am referring to is the one that typically appears to the left of the map within the knowledge graph box, above the business' name. The current image that is being used in my client's case is an image that was uploaded in their Google+ My Business profile, but there doesn't appear to be any particular reason why that one was chosen (it wasn't the first or last image uploaded, nor is it selected as the profile picture). As user-interaction increasingly becomes important in rankings, I would like to change this to something more attractive. Thank you for any help and guidance!

Knowledge Graph

We recently re-designed our company website, and the knowledge graph no longer displays when Googling our company name. I've searched for info on this, and even spoke with someone from Google, and it seems like there are no real answers. Our G+ profile is optimized and we're even a part of the Google Partner network. I've had the site re-crawled, and everything is okay in webmaster tools. Any insights? Thanks.

'People Also Searched for' appears on some but not all local businesses, why? (Google Local Knowledge Panel)

I have a client who does not want the 'People Also Searched for' section on the Google Local Knowledge Panel to appear. I informed her that this is a standard part of the search presentation and that we cannot change. She then pointed out that the 'People also searched for' does not appear on her competitors' Google Local Knowledge Panels. (See the attachment for comparison) This raises a couple of questions: Why are the local businesses different? Can I change the content of her panel? I would appreciate any feedback. google-local.jpg
