What to do with internal spam url's google indexed?

I am in SEO for years but never met this problem. I have client who's web page was hacked and there was posted many, hundreds of links, These links has been indexed by google. Actually these links are not in comments but normal external urls's. See picture.
What is the best way to remove them? use google disavow tool or just redirect them to some page?
The web page is new, but ranks good on google and has domain authority 24. I think that these spam url's improved rankings too
What would be the best strategy to solve this. Thanks.

Yes - I would remove/no-index rather than redirect. The URL's don't have any equity so it's not worth redirecting them. Thanks!

Thanks John i made new website for client so the new one is safe. Just links are left in google.
So you suggest remove url's not to redirect?

Hey there!
At first glance, it looks like your site has been hit with a malware attack. I would recommend using a service like https://sucuri.net to help you clean up the site and put certain protective elements in place so that you don't get hit again.
Once that is done, you'll want to go into the search console and bing webmaster tools to no-index any other spam URL's that may have been created from the attack.

Hi all, We have launched the exit intent pop-ups on our website where a pop-up will appear when the visitor is about to leave the website. This will trigger when the mouse is moved to the top window section; as an attempt by the visitor to close the window. We see a slight ranking drop post this pop-up launch. As the pop-up is appearing just before someone leaves the website; does this making Google to see as if the user left because of the pop-up and penalizing us? According to: https://developers.google.com/structured-data/rich-snippets/reviews - all someone has to do is add in some html code and write the review. How does google do any validation on whether these reviews are legitimate or not?

How do you change the 6 links under your website in Google?
Hello everyone, I have no idea how to ask this question, so I'm going to give it a shot and hopefully someone can help me!! My company is called Eteach, so when you type in Eteach into Google, we come in the top position (phew!) but there are 6 links that appear underneath it (I've added a picture to show what I mean). How do you change these links?? I don't even know what to call them, so if there is a particular name for these then please let me know! They seem to be an organic rank rather than PPC...but if I'm wrong then do correct me! Thanks! zorIsxH.jpg

Penalised by Google - Should I Redirect to a new domain?
Last month my rankings dropped a couple of pages on Google and am no longer receiving as many visits from Google as I used to. It's coming up to summer which is the time my business naturally picks up yet I can't fix this problem. I have a crazy idea of redirecting my established site onto a new domain in hopes that the penalty would be removed. I have tried removing any manipulative links yet my ranking are not coming back. Anyone had success in redirecting to a new domain?
