What steps should I follow after submitting disavow link list?

This is Devesh Srivastava, you can call me Dev.
Recently there was an update from your side and that was pretty good. I have analyzed model factors regarding Moz 2.0.Though my DA score has been down to 36 from 52, I would still say that an update was really necessary.
I have some questions which require some clarification or you can say a proper solution.
As of now, I have removed all the Spam links which were coming to my website (https://edugorilla.com) and I have submitted the disavow list to GSC but I would like to know how should I begin my link building strategy keep everything in mind. And now that, I have removed those spam links how would Moz or how should I tell Moz or Google that those have been removed so how soon can I get back to my previous DA score?I am very much confused with the link building strategy now. What steps should I follow after submitting a disavow list and would Moz stats will change after Google Disavowing those links?
Can anyone answer my question?

Unsolved My DA does not increase and Moz does not recognize my links
Hello everyone. My website (I am attaching the link to it, if you cannot attach the link remove it but please give me an answer) https://mejorhora.com/ 3 MONTHS ago I made different redirections from other websites that I have with high authority in order to increase both the Da and the DR since I sell links to that website and it suits me. Ahref showed me all the links after a few days, also in search console. However, in Moz it does not recognize more than 500 new domains that give me links. Because? It's been 3 months... What should I do?

Link tracking list not finding my links
I am using the Link Tracking List to track new backlinks that I have achieved. However, the report still shows about half of them as not found... even some that have been there for several weeks. I thoroughly tested a couple of them to make sure the links were coded in html, there were no nofollow/noindex rules, the bot was not blocked etc, but still found nothing. What can I do now?

Root domains that link to the URL or domain
Hello Everyone, I need help understanding how does Moz linking root domains work. My website shows 73 domain pointing backlinks to my domain in google webmaster where on Moz Linking domain it only shows 18 domian. Any help on how this works. Thanks in advance. Sagar

Attaining DA, PA and Links Count
