Will YouTube Popularity Improve Website Google Rank?
-
Our YouTube Channel was endorsed by a celebrity and suddenly gained 22,000 subscribers. We are now posting videos 2-3 times a week and get a lot of engagement. Each video has an average of 10,000 views.
The result of this is that we get about 200 direct visits to our website every. Almost twice as much as organic traffic from Google. Assuming that this is sustained over time, will it improve the Google of our website?
Is there anyway to use the popularity of our Google channel to reinforce the ranking of our website?
Thanks!!

I totally agree with you guy's , These video helps us alot. Basically if our youtube channel is linked with the website, then the google lift the website too in a very fast speed as i did on my website Apksdesk. On this website, i uploaded videos & others stuff too & i got alot of ranking easily.

It be could be possible if you add attractive videos and professionally edited videos from professional video editors. We also tried Kine Master for editing videos more professionally and got better results. You can also try this because professional videos are also the most important factor in YouTube videos.

I agree with effectdigital. It's near impossible that the number of subscribers is going to help you rank better. But indirectly it could obviously provide you with a lot more abilities to get links and mentions that will help your authority-building efforts. Everything related to that will help push your rankings upwards.

It could well positively benefit your SEO, but the effect is likely to be indirect. If the videos gain enough exposure, then there will surely be some kind of digital press coverage. If they (editors) link to your site, in addition to your YouTube channel (some will, some won't) then you'll likely see some positive impact. The way you can influence things more directly, is getting in contact with people linking to the videos and asking the editorial teams if they wouldn't mind also linking to some pages on your website. Some will be annoyed you even contacted them, some won't reply, some will help you out. "Don't ask, don't get"

Good or Bad - Google reviews from the one IP?
Hello, our client wants to place an iPad in their foyer where they invite customers to review via Google / Facebook. My concern is that having too many reviews from the same IP (and esp the business' IP) will look suspicious to Google (be it now, or in the future when the algorithm changes). Do you think Google collect the IP's of reviews? Any thoughts?

I understand Authorship is Dead, but here's a question on the Google+ Profile
I guest write for some blogs, as well as several blogs I manage myself. What is the correct usage of the "Contributor to" field and the "Links" field? Contributor to: The overall blog itself and; Links: To individual blog posts themselves? Or the reverse? Thank you!

Google+. Good for all businesses?
Hi guys, My question/discussion is regarding Google+ and whether or not I should advocate creating an account for one of the websites I work in-house for. This particular website focuses on unlock codes for mobile phones and isn't a service that consumers would really want to connect with - which is what Google+ appears to be a vehicle for. It is a one off purchase website, and not something people will use regularly. On the face of it Google+ offers very little for a company that operates in this fashion and makes most sense for B2B businesses. I feel that by potentially creating a Google+ presence we are in fact attempting to manipulate the search rankings because it isn't a networking site that makes sense for our business and there is actually very little real reason for us to get involved with it. I don't think Google would penalise any business for getting involved in their product, but we would only be using it to benefit our ranking position. Surely that is against everything Google themselves stand for? Also, what real benefits have you guys got out of using Google+? If I am to create a presence there, this is the ammo I'll need to use to convince my manager with. Thanks a lot.

How do you leverage UGC for a corporate website?
We've heard a lot about how user-generated content is doing good for SEO, and how it can add more value to users. While this would work in certain niches, how would one go about implementing UGC like Q&A and comments on a corporate website? I've thought about having a Q&A about our services, but that would limit the appeal of the content.
