Local SEO: Is an equivalent of "practitioner listings" allowed for tradesmen, such as plumbers - in GMB (Google My Business)

I note practitioner listings are in place for certain professionals, so you can list your business address and then your individual name - one under a "practice listing" - the other under a "practitioner listing".
As detailed here: https://whitespark.ca/blog/best-practices-for-practitioner-listings-on-google-my-business-gmb/ But can a self-employed tradesman do the same - for example a carpenter may have their workshop and be available for onsite work, so can they list their "carpentry business/brand name" and then their "personal name" they are also known by? Even if it is the same address.

Taking up an "abondoned" domain?
Hi, As far as SEO goes, are there any direct contradictions to picking up an approximately 1 year old domain, where the only thing that has ever been on is a static "Hello world" page from a wordpress install done when the domain was created? I'm thinking about picking it up again, as if it was a totally fresh domain, add content, and do SEO on it. What are your thoughts friends? Thanks.

Is a dynamic online user list bad for SEO?
Hello everyone, I have a question that is currently puzzling me, and I hope you can help me with. On musicianspage.com (one of our websites), we show a list of online users embedded within the page which, as you may expect, changes all the time according to who's online at that moment. That list appears on every page of the site, so at any time any page on the site has a different content and different link profile (sometimes we have just a few users connected, other times we may have over 50 users connected at the same time). My question is: is such a "dynamical-embedded" list bad, good or neutral from a SEO stand point? If it is bad, what do you suggest to do? Put it inside a frame? Using AJAX? Incorrect country listed in Google organic listing.
Hi, I have a client called 'Ivana Daniell'. She is a Pilates/ Movement Therapy/ Postural Assessment practitioner based in London. She has been based in the UK since 2011. Prior to that her studio was in Singapore. Her website URL is: http://www.ivanadaniell.com If you Google her using the UK engine (www.google.co.uk) using the term 'London Pilates' she comes up in the top four, but her organic listing appears with a small tag which reads "- singapore". I have attached an image of how it appears. This makes many searchers overlook her, believing that she is based overseas. We host her website here in the UK and have removed any reference to Singapore from the website. We have even put an h card on her site to indicate that she is London based. The client believes that this might be the result of an old Google places account of hers, from her time in Singapore. However I have not been able to find any such listing by searching for it in Google and, because it was allegedly set up by her former marketing manager, she does not have her username or password to the account. She has lost touch with the marketing manager and has no way to get the login details. To reiterate however I have seen no proof to suggest that this listing even exists. So, the question! 1. What could be causing the word 'singapore' to be appearing next to the organic listing? 2. If it is the result of an inaccurate Google Places listing, how do I delete this listing without either the username or password? 3. If this is not what is causing 'singapore' to appear by the organic listing, how do I get rid of the 'singapore' word? Thanks very much and Happy New Year mozzers! Edward M6Wyd M6Wyd

Removing Dynamic "noindex" URL's from Index
6 months ago my clients site was overhauled and the user generated searches had an index tag on them. I switched that to noindex but didn't get it fast enough to avoid being 100's of pages indexed in Google. It's been months since switching to the noindex tag and the pages are still indexed. What would you recommend? Google crawls my site daily - but never the pages that I want removed from the index. I am trying to avoid submitting hundreds of these dynamic URL's to the removal tool in webmaster tools. Suggestions?

Yoast meta description in ' ' instead of " " problem
Hi Guys this is really strange, i am using yoast seo for wordpress on two sites. On both sites i am seeing meta name='description' instead of meta name="description" And this is why google is probably not reading it correctly, on many other link submission sites which read your meta data automatically say site blocked.
