Random Reporting of 403 Forbidden Errors

Randomly MOZ reports that hundreds of 403 forbidden errors are cropping up for our website. None of these pages are forbidden, and load just fine. Why does MOZ keep reporting these issues?

To confirm, it appears that it worked. I don't know if others with WPEngine as a host were having this problem. BUt that's how you get it fixed,

I reached out to WPEngine as it seemed like something they could address. The Moz crawler Rogerbot and associated IP addresses were being flagged by the firewall and were being blocked access. I requested that write a script to allow rogerbot to crawl the site without being blocked. In theory, it should be fixed. I'll recrawl the site to make sure.

How do I fix the 500 error when trying to use the page optimization tool?
I keep getting an error when using the page optimization tool - Moz staff replied when I used the chatbot and said that they're receiving a 500 error from my server and to whitelist pagella however my server is not blocking anything. I've checked my robot.txt file with https://httpstatus.io/ as well as https://webmaster.yandex.com/ like others have suggested, but they are both showing nothing wrong. 503 error on Moz
Is any one else getting a 503 error (I'll copy it below) whilst trying to get on Moz, I can get to the home page but going to internal links I get the error, I managed to get onto Q&A via an external link. I've been having some troubles the last few weeks with logging on etc. Most importantly Is Roger ok ? When I click on a link to a recent report I don't end up there. I end up on a site I do not recognise or have time to plough through. Can anyone please give me a link to the reports. Many thanks in advance.

Are the on page report cards graded according to the keywords associated with your campaign only?
One of the key phrases I have associated with my campaign is Las Vegas wedding venues. I have an on-page report card grade D for a page I am optimizing for the long tail key phrase outdoor wedding venues in Las Vegas. Some of the issues I am being asked to fix are:

1. Broad Keyword Usage in Page Title: Employ the keyword in the page title, preferably as the first words in the element.
2. Keyword Usage in URL
3. Appropriate Keyword Usage in H1 Tag Should I disregard these fixes because Moz.com is running these report as if I am optimizing for Las Vegas wedding venues as oppose to outdoor wedding venues in Las Vegas? All help is appreciated!! Thank you so much 😃0
