I can't find multiple titles

Hello,

Moz showed a lot of multiple titles on our website but, when I go to fix them, there isn't any multiple titles. I was wondering if anyone knew where these issues could be coming from?

Moz is finding phantom pages

I suddenly have 4xx errors in my crawl diagnostics because pages with “/%3C/div” added to the end of the URL that are linked from the normal page can't be found. I didn't create the pages, and they don't exist, but Moz thinks that they do. I went back through to see if any changes in WordPress, theme or plugins versions might be the cause, but this is the only site that I have this issue, so I don't think that is it. Does anyone have an idea what causes this?

I have searched high and low for the source of this but just cannot find it. On-page grader gives the multiple page title elements warning, but I just can't identify where this is coming from. Can anyone, please, point me to the right direction?

Why does it show (in Moz) that we don't have any meta descriptions on our site when we do?

We have over 1,330 pages that say we are "Missing Meta Description Tag" when I spot check all of them have meta descriptions? Can you please explain to me why Moz is picking up that we do not have meta descriptions when we do. Our website http://www.betheboss.ca Please help. I would like a accurate measure of meta descriptions that are missing.

My 301 Error and Duplicate Title Content Issue is Growing !

How can I add Maps Listings Results to reports

I am trying to modify Moz reports so that I can show the maps results but I cant figure out how. Is this a feature that is not offered or am I blind? Even when exporting full rankings to PDF they don't show up. The issue is that a lot of the SEO work we do has a positive effect on the maps rankings for a particular client. Meanwhile the organic rankings are somewhat stagnant for this client and unless I create it manually there isn't anything I can export from Moz that shows maps results inclusion. Moz just did my weekly "crawl" and claims my meta titles and descriptions are "missing," but they aren't. What's up with this?

I can check for my titles and descriptions in the source. They are there, always have been. what in the hell?
