DA error in my website

there are some errors in this website. When i check this with my friends laptop it shows different DA PA
but if i check this on my PC it shows different. Now which one is perfect?

I am also facing the DA PA IS issue I started website few month ago although I give many links to my website but not increasing my DA which is 15 here is my Website please check out and tell me which type of On page required for DA addition and one more thing how many expired domain links helpful for website Please let me know the solution of my queries.

Unsolved 403 crawl error
Hi, Moz( Also reported by GSC)have reported 403 crawl error on some of my pages. The pages are actually working fine when loaded and no visible issue at all. My web developer told me that some times error issues are reported on a working pages and there is nothing to worry about.

Hi, I'm facing an issue regarding Moz Site Explorer. When I enter my blog for check it's DA and PA. All Moz do is keep loading. I have to reload the page for two or more times for checking DA and PA. Kindly let me know is there any issue with my account. Regards.

MOZ refusing access to certain sections of the website if using VPN?
I've used PIA and expressvpn before without any problems. Today I got nordvpn and when I try to access my campaigns and link explorer but the connection is being refused while I can access billing and the forum section. I don't have this problem anywhere else atm so I think this might not be a problem from my side but rather from these specific sections. Edit: Any idea what's going on?

Google plus and 404 error message
So this is strange - i created a bunch of pages on Google Plus - and now that I started to use MOZ I noticed that there were 95 404 errors - When I look at them I see the Google+ there ( see example) Has any one experienced this issue?
