Hi Jest,
The help team generally doesn't read the Q&A forums, and only comes over here if one of the associates (like myself) flags the question. Sha Menz is correct in that the best way to get ahold of them is sending them an email in cases like this.
They are aware of this problem, and are working to get it fixed. Watch the Twitter account for SEOmoz, as they will give updates about the status of this issue.

I sure hope they read this and fix this problem asap..

Hi Jest,
Yes, there is definitely a problem.
If you notice a problem like this it is best to email the SEOmoz Help Team help@seomoz.org. Help staff should be around in a few hours.
Hope that helps,
Sha

Proper use of location in keywords
¿If I want to track keywords in a specific location, do I need to write the keyword with the location or only the keyword? For example: If I want to track the results of the keyword "hair salon" in a specific city, should I write "Hair salon in (city chosen) or only hair salon.

Most efficiënt way to retrieve search volume for thousands of keyword
Hi, I'm trying to figure out how I can efficiently get search volumes for large quantities of keywords. Unfortunately Keyword Planner has reduced their limit of keywords:
Keyword Research | | CB0001
"You entered too many keywords. Please limit the number of keywords to 1,000. You can also upload a file with up to 800 keywords." Weirdly, the file upload's limit is now even lower than the normal limit. A 1000 keywords a time will be a real chore when you want to retrieve search volume for 50.000 keywords. I tried SEMrush, but it does not suffice due to the fact that a lot of keywords in my language (Dutch) are not in the database. I also looked into the Adwords API, but this does not yet seem to have any implementation in Google sheets? Ideas are welcome!1 -

How do I determine international search volume for a search term, beyond google?
I am trying to determine which countries I should be entering into next with my product based on search volume and competition. The issue is that not every country has google as their primary engine, ie. China. How would I go about figuring out volume / competition globally across all engines?

Has anyone tried SECockpit as their Keyword Research tool ?
I'm looking for a tool to help with keyword research, and judging by the presentation and few reviews I could find, SECockpit at http://swissmademarketing.com/secockpit/ seems to be a nice product. They pull their data (partly) from SEOmoz, which is a good sign. Any feedback ? Thx Gil

Missing Tool!!
What SEOMOZ tool or other resource should I use to find a list of Google's most popular keyword searches. The "Keyword Difficulty" tool will allow me to check out information about a particular Keyword. For example if I want to check out the top 1000 most popular Keyword Searches in the .co.uk area, irregardless of industry. Thanks Peter
