Can SEOMoz help in anyway to increase rankings of youtube videos?

I tried to create a campaign with youtube video or my youtube channel as my primarly URL. But the crawler crawled the entire youtube site, which is of no use to me.

YouTube videos normally rank very well. The domain has a AD of 98. If you can generate any links to the page the PA would shoot up nicely.
The only component left is onpage optimization which you are limited to mainly choosing the correct title and text. The standard SEO basics apply of choosing the right keywords, positioning them appropriately at the beginning of your title and content, then providing quality content.
Of course a quality, relevant video is of key importance as well.

I really can't get my head around what "set of skills" I need to know to be able use the SEOmoz API? And other APIs for that reason. Do I need a programming skills, or just knowledge how each specific API works(+ common sense)? Or both? Why are results different on Rank Tracker tool and New Rankings Weekly Reports?
Good Morning... Every week i get an email from SEO Moz that is showing me where the keywords i am tracking are currently in the SERPS (New Rankings and On-Page Reports)... Is there a reason that the current rank shown on these emails would be so different than what is shown when i use SEO Moz's rank tracker? For example, it shows one keyword has a rank of 48 (via email) and a rank of 16 through the rank tracker. What would cause such a great discrepancy? Thanks

SEOMoz Link Analysis Not Updating?
Hi there, I am wondering why the Link Analysis in SEOMoz takes so long to recognise new back-links. I have had the same figures showing for months when I know that I have added a lot more backlinks that are showing in my Google WebMaster account and I have also proven exist by searching directly in Google's search engine. How often does the Link Analysis section update itself? Are these figures worth following at all or are they useless? Thanks!

Rank tracker based on personalization or not?
I have been using the rank tracker to update clients on their current positions/improvements etc. but have been told a number of times now that the results they were seeing were not the same. Does the rank tracker work by giving results based off my location or from somewhere else or what? I should mention that I am based in Malta and my clients are based in the UK and Italy (with their sites being optimized for local keywords) I also ask them to clear their browsing history and to restart their browser before they check.

Seomoz suggetions implemented but keyword rankings dropping.
We have been with SEOMOZ for just a couple of weeks now. We impemented all the recommendations made in page analysis and crawl errors but since making changes we have started to fall in ranking for these keywords. Should we undo all his work or sit it out. Why would our rankings fall if these changes are for the better ? Thanks
