That error is pretty straight forward and indicates you have a robots.txt file which is blocking the crawler from accessing your site. The robots.txt file can be read by going to your site URL and adding /robots.txt to it such as www.mysite.com/robots.txt.
The file can be found in the root directory on your site's web server. Remove or alter the file to allow search engines to crawl your site. More info can be found at http://www.robotstxt.org/

Yahoo Store Beginner with "duplicate content" errors. Can I pay for support? $$$
Hi. I have a Yahoo store that seems to have many errors. We built the site for utility knowing NOTHING about SEO. We just started with MOZ and would love to PAY someone to help get us past the beginning stages. Is there someone familiar with the Yahoo! Store format that can charge us perhaps in hourly blocks to walk us through possible solutions to issues? One issue we are having... seems to be that our subsections which contain items that are the endpoints... I know of no way to label the sections anything but an "item". I'm wondering if this might be causing the "duplicate" error because a specific item is listed both in the section and on it's own page. please help! Thom 888-567-5194

Why is MOZ and Google search Volume so different?
A search term in MOZ shows the monthly search volume to be 49K. In Google, the same term shows the search volume at only 1300 monthly searches. Which do I trust? Thanks, Don

Why does page report still have "Too Many Links" alert?
I'm a new Moz Pro user and see that the on-page optimization report includes "too many links" on page and references the "100 links" guideline that Google no longer endorses: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=l6g5hoBYlf0 Too many links is still an issue in terms of passing link juice, but not much else. Matt Cutts has stated that it is fine to have many internal links in this regard. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

Duplicate Errors found in my search
I have run my 1st site check with SEOMOZ and have 4000+ errors. The "duplicate Page Content" culprit appears to be a extended url that keeps showing as duplicating. This is only a customer log-in and can be redirected back to the main cust log in page, but is there a short way of doing it (rather than 4000x 301's)? The format of the url is: http://www.????.com.au/default/customer/account/login/referer/aSR0cDovL3d3dy1234YWNiYW Thanks

Switching to a new website & Search Engine Rankings
Hello! We have been doing a lot of work on our SEO over the last few months and are thrilled to be in the top four four "edmonton website design" in our city. However, we are planning to launch a new website soon and are very concerned that this could negatively effect our rankings (as was the case with one of our competitors this week). What tips and techniques can you recommend in this case? On paper, the SEO on our new site is much better than the last - the url structure, contact info and content is much more targeted to our desired search terms, however, I don't want to take any chances. Is there any way to be certain (as certain as possible) that we will not get bumped to page 2? Thanks, Anton

Getting rid of duplicate content
Hi everyone, I'm a newbie and at the moment don't know very much about SEO. I have a problem with some of my campaigns where i keep getting a report with either Duplicate Page and/or Duplicate Content errors. I have no idea how to rectify this error, remove it or fix it on the relevant websites. Can anyone please help explain how to do this, maybe step by step? I really appreciate your views and opinions! About how long does it take Google WMT to refresh stats on "Links to Your Site"?
About how long does it take Google WMT to refresh stats on "Links to Your Site"? We're dealing with an unnatural link/anchor phrase issue and I'm curious as to the "typical" time it takes for Google to recognize the links removal or Anchor Text change. Any refresh time ideas on OpenSiteExplorer or AHREFS as well would be a plus... Thanks! Dan Using this guide (very helpful thanks SEOmoz!) http://www.seomoz.org/blog/identifying-link-penalties-in-2012
