Can anybody tell me what is "meta refresh"?? I found this word in SEOmoz crawl test report sent to me by moz. For every URL there is meta refresh tab saying "No". Is this good thing for bad for website??

How come open site explore(come with SEOmoz tool) not showing new backlinks created by me a month ago? I faced same issue while using other tools for the same. All of them show up old backlinks but not the new ones created recently. However, the Google Webmaster Tool updates me with this recent development. Any reason?

Yes, there is referrer column which says www.acelerartech.com/sitemap.xml. This is my website and there are almost 286 errors detected by crawl diagnostic summary.

Here is the categorization of the errors : -

1. 4XX errors

2. duplicate page content

3. Duplicate page title

4. Missing Meta Tags

5)Title element is too long

6. Title element is too short.

However i configured and fixed most of the errors but got to failed solving 4XX errors and rel=canonical (which says status as true). I checked on those links and found that those links should me there on website. Then why those links are reported in 4XX as these links are in use.

I am a SEOmoz user. Can anybody guide me how to fix 4XX errors as i got reported by "Crawl Diagnostics Summary". There are many referring URLs reporting same error. Please guide me what to do and how to fix it??
