How does Google decide geographical target?

Hi, what can I do to make google think this is an Australian page?

Link to it from .com.au domains?
Put my address in on the page as Australia?

Is there any other ofpage things that could be done?

I would like it to rank for "Digital Signage"

Hi I will contact support, its not about crawling my site, it is that my site has been stuck on having only 3 links to it for months now in opensiteexplorer. There are many links reported by majestic Referring Domains 52 External Backlinks 106

It seems not to have updated any backlinks to my domain in a long long time
