I use an extension in Firefox called "SeoQuake" that breaks it down for you. It is a phenomenal tool BUT if you don't turn off some of the features on it once it is installed, Google will think you are a bot and will require you to fill out a captcha in order to view the results. I went into the Preferences and unclicked EVERYTHING. That way the only things that are actually active are the "Density" and the "Diagnosis" tools in the toolbar. I know it sound a little sketchy but I haven't had ANY problems with it since that's all I need it for. I highly recommend it.
