Since 1988, Next Generation (NGL) has been a leader specializing in supply chain consulting, managed logistics services and software development, predominantly for the process consumer goods industry.

Previous to NGL, Ari was Executive Vice President of Operations for Staley Continental Foodservice a $ 2.5 Billion food manufacturer and distributor where he headed up operations for multiple divisions.

He was also part of the United Parcel Service team as Manager of Industrial Engineering for a number of years and served overseas during the company’s expansion into Europe training new employees in UPS delivery techniques.

Ari holds a MBA in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Computer Sciences and lives in Palatine IL with his wife Susan and his daughter Sarah.
