Hi,
I've been trying set up a 301 redirect from http://domestiquecap.com to www.domestiquecap.com but one was already set up by my client the other way around (from www to http://) so it's creating a redirect loop.

However, we don't know where that original redirect was set up. The htaccess file doesn't appear to have the redirect and neither does the control panel of our hosting company. We need to turn off that original redirect so that I can instead redirect to the www subdomain.

Where else could this 301 redirect have been set up? Is there a tool to diagnose where the 301 redirect was created so that I can turn it off?

I am thinking maybe it was created via the domain registrar (GoDaddy) since the client has the login there and hasnt shared it with me.

I'm working on a site with a very low domain authority to start and in viewing our historical MozRank comparison to competitors I see that we had a MozRank between 2 and 3 two months ago, but now have a MozRank of 0.

What could have triggered this dropoff? It's clear we need to boost domain authority, but we have never had any so we're no worse in that department now than we were two months ago.

Any insight here would be useful. Thanks!

Thanks for the help! The Screaming Frog site crawler really makes it much easier to understand the robots.txt file. It looks like it was set to "disallow" robots.

Yes, I've searched Google Webmaster Tools and see a big dropoff in impressions on 5/4/13. 
There are 14 pages in the sitemap that should be showing up. But, instead, what's getting indexed (9 pages in Google and 2 of the 3 pages in Bing) are pages that aren't in the sitemap -- ones that were created and then taken down or that we don't care to be indexed. 
Yes, some of the URLs are new (three weeks ago) and that may be why they haven't appeared yet, but what about the home page? That isn't a new URL and it isn't appearing. Also, one new URL (which is also one of the important services pages that we want to appear) is appearing in bing: www.barnettcapitaladvisors.com/wealth-management but the other ones are not.

I use analytics as well, but what particularly in Google Analytics will help me resolve this?

Hi Mozzers, I need your help.
Our website (www.barnettcapitaladvisors.com) stopped being indexed in search engines following a round of major changes to URLs and content. There were a number of dead links for a few days before 301 redirects were properly put in place. And now, only 3 pages show up in bing when I do the search "site:barnettcapitaladvisors.com". A bunch of pages show up in Google for that search, but they're not any of the pages we want to show up.

Our home page and most important services pages are nowhere in search results.

What's going on here?

Thanks Ryan. That worked!

When trying to set up a new campaign I get the following message:
"Roger has detected a problem:  We have detected that the domain www.chicagofinancialadvisers.com does not respond to web requests. Using this domain, we will be unable to crawl your site or present accurate SERP information."

Can someone please tell me what I need to do on my site to make this work? I haven't seen this before and have done many other campaigns. Thanks a lot!

How can I create multiple white-labeled website SEO analysis reports using the SEOMoz software? I'm speaking at a workshop and want to provide this as a giveaway to attendees to start the discussion on improving their SEO.

I'm looking mostly for an overview summary of a site's key SEO data points including inbound links, on-page SEO details including page titles, and basic recommendations for improving.

Websitegrader.com offers this but not white-labeled. I'm not sure about how SEOMoz handles this.
