Yes! Bing responded quickly. I think they fixed the matter within 48 hours of my notifying them.
I am quite impressed with Bing and thankful for Kristen Hilley's advice here.

When I search for my site via site:domain.com or url:domain.com the are ZERO results except for this Some results have been removed
which goes to http://help.bing.microsoft.com/#apex/18/en-US/10016/0
We are a total white hat website.
What should I do? Is there someone at Bing I can contact? I dont see anyway via Bing Webmaster tools.

Im not sure we're communicating. I am well aware of how aggressive anchor text from external links causes problems with Google.
I need to get an idea of how approximately how much leeway there is for internal anchor text. I was told by two people I respect that internal anchor text can be much more aggressive.

Recently I've heard a few people say now it's okay to be aggressive with internal linking. So a link from mydomain.com/news to mydomain/widgets can use spammy anchor text like "best green widgets in California" that are an obvious problem for links coming in from external site.
Which is accurate?

This .edu page looks benign, however if you read it, it wont take long to see what appears to be machine generated content related to finance. It has ONLY ONE outgoing link and it to my site.
To me it seems to be an attempt to make us look like a link buyer. We aren't! There are dozens of these type of pages linking to us.
