I have a web site that is over 10 yrs old, It also has over 30,000 links to it. Last week it received a N/A or "grey bar" page rank. The site also still is listed in the SERPS for my keywords, in fact for a few they have actually improved. The organic traffic is following the same pattern as last year. Webmaster tools doesnt list any critical issues or errors. Is there anything I can do to remedy the situation, or is this just a wait and see? Website is www.netnanny.com.

RE: Press Release Sites
So I am fairly new to SEO (doing it for about 2 years now) and still trying to understand the best way to produce linkbait. Seems like this has been an ongoing debate for years now and what I have gained is that unless you are releasing a new product, a new development, or restructure, money could be better spent elsewhere. Doing a pr release to gain backlinks to a specific page using kws could just as easy be established using guest blog posts or your own blog?

RE: Avoiding "Duplicate Page Title" and "Duplicate Page Content" - Best Practices?
I agree it is best to get the individual pages indexed. Dont have dynamic pages. Instead come up with categories that make sense, have them indexed.

RE: Duplicate exact match domains flagged by google - need help reinclusion
I have to agree with some of the other responses. Google is really cracking down on duplicate content and code. It is time consuming to to write new content and redesign the sites, but you have to weigh the costs. If the site is your livelihood then is worth working on it to get back in Google's good books. If it is a site that you have created to get link juice then maybe you shouldn't put the time and effort into it.

Is there a report in SEOMoz that will show me what keywords each page ranks for on my site?
I would like to find all of the keywords not just the keywords that I specified in the tracking section.

Duplicate content on my domain
I have several pages on my domain that are using the same content except for changing a paragraph or sentence. Do I need to create unique content, even though much of the information pertains to a feature and is related?
