I need to settle this debate with fact not opinions. Does keeping a steady flow of PPC generate ANY organic benefit within google, applying only to the increased ranking of organic keywords. To put it bluntly by paying google money does my organic SEO get better?

Keywords in Bold?
A friend mentioned to me that the bolding of keywords is not "frowned" upon by google, ad should be replaced by anchor text links about 2-3 per phrase / word depending on the overall content on the page. Is this true?

RE: Can you have too many words on a page for SEO?
When optimizing your site's txt content, mys suggestion is to write for your audience. Write txt that accurately describes the overall theme and tone of the page. Of course you want to implement certain long tail & short tail key phrases, however this MUST be done in a way that reads for the audience and not for Search Engines.
So to answer your question a bit more directly:
- You want to write enough content that will accurately explain or convey your overall on page message. Typically more than 1-2 paragraphs. How do you know when to stop? When the txt begins to become repetitive or less relevant. Quit while you are ahead
- In regards to long & short tail key phrases, I would keep it to about 20-30% of the overall content. I would split up as follows; Include in the beginning somewhere in the middle and at the end. (I know that sounds simple) The trick is not over doing it and having it read for your audience ! Ask yourself would I read this?
Hope That Helps

RE: Evergreen content: Dedicated section or blog posts?
Both are great options if done right. My suggestion would be:
Use your blog, create a parent category attach a description etc... if need be use child categories & attach descriptions. Use tags wherever possible, do not go over board and remain relevant. Post your articles within the appropriate child categories. You could maximize this effort by having people subscribe to your "post series" they opt-in via email and every time there is a new post a message would be sent to the subscribers. This allows you to stay connected and relevant while building leads. IMO the SEO benefits are greater using a blog as blog posts offer 2way communication, & have a greater tendency to drive traffic & can be optimized easier in and tend to (IMO) be indexed quicker.
This is a very condensed version of strategy for what you described but as a general rule of thumb anything dynamic that will require 2-way communication or constant updating / new material is best suited for a blog & anything static that is updated rarely etc... is best reserved for pages.
A Knowledge Base for your site is a good idea still and can be optimized. But for the sounds of what you are describing a blog post series would make more sense. IMO.

RE: Deciding Between 2 Domains for a Real Estate Website... What is Your Opinion?
How about "waterfronthomesmiami.com" She uses her first and last name currently. I have been all over pool.co, and snapnames.com trying to get better URL's very difficult and costly. Any suggestions? It is a VERY competitive market. in South Florida, this is why I would like to go with the KW rich URL and some vanity URL.

RE: Merged old wordpress site to new theme and have crazy amount of 4xx and duplicate content that wasn't there before?
I would do the following;
- Double check your database using phpmyadmin
- Double check the FTP to make sure the pages are not outside your wordpress install.
- I see that your using an IDX plugin. I have used thses in the past. Make sure the IDX platform you are using did not duplicate anything on their end.
