I am looking for a tool that will find people on twitter/facebook or forums and blogs who have a question about seo/link building. I have seen tools like Buzzbundle but can anyone make some good reccomendations? Problem with Buzzbundle is a lot of the results are from people who sell seo/link building

RE: Why is my traffic dropping so hard?
Couple of things of the top of my head.
- Check your rankings to make sure that nothing has changed (sorry if that is a no s***)
- Check the Google trends for your keyword to see if it is on the decline or not. You can check on either google.com/trends or google keyword tool but I totally blanked on how to do it.
- Has anything like bounce rate/site speed or down time change? These could account for the issue

RE: Is there an Optimal number of Keywords i should promote per site?
The general rule is 1 per page. If you were going after "red widgets" make a page for red widgets add content for red widgets but please do not talk about blue widgets. If you do this Google will know that you talk about blue and red widgets but not which one you want to rank for. Additionally, try to have different pages for terms like "red widgets" and "red widget reviews" these two terms are very similar but they should be categories or separate pages from each other instead of on the same page.

RE: How does Google Detect which keywords my website should show up for in the SE?
Well those two terms are very similar. Chances are if someone is searching for images they don't care if pictures show up(are they not the same thing?) The reason it shows up on the 7th page is because like you said you don't actively try to rank for it therefore Google does not see it as relevant. I hope this answered some of your questions, if not ask more and I will be glad to answer.

RE: Please Close
If I built log network for my own personal use(no link selling) would this be a white hat or blackhat thing? The content would be hand written, but the link won't always be relevant to the niche. Can anyone offer some insight?

RE: Please Close
competition are black hats offering white hat seo services! Thanks for the responses, I used the Seomoz tool and got a full report on the highest ranking. I guess now its time to use Scrapebox to find people who I can "convince" to link to me
