RE: Does Rogerbot support SNI? - And if not All sites behind Cloudflare are probably uncrawlable.
Hi Rachelle, I've added your name to our beta crawl list and hopefully we can get you added shortly. As a note SNI does not impact ranking collections but only site crawls. Please let help@moz.com know if you are seeing issues with rankings collections.

RE: 804 HTTPS (SSL) error
At this time they will need their own as we do not support any SNI at this time. With that being said we are aware of it and have investigated solutions but an ETA is not quite yet available. If these are the only sites you planned on using Moz with we won't be of much service at this time =(.

RE: 804 HTTPS (SSL) error
Hey there - sorry if there was a miscommunication but we do in fact support SSL, however at this time we do not support SNI (Server Name Identification) which is a technology used to host multiple SSL certificates from a single IP address. If you are currently leveraging CloudFlare or CloudFront we will not be able to crawl your site. If you are using a standard SSL from it's own IP we can most likely crawl that page.

RE: 804 HTTPS (SSL) error
Hi Lane - Our current crawl libraries do not support SNI which is typically what is enabled by default by Cloud Flare. Our engineering team is still investigating expanding our libraries but an ETA is not available quite yet.

RE: I set up a custom report to be sent to me daily about a week ago, but I haven't received any of them yet?
That may be the case - the reports should all be sent from noreply@moz.com but they should be coming through now.

RE: Which trumps: spam ranking or domain authority?
Ben - this all depends on your industry and the blogs/news sources in the industry. For example if all of your other backlinks have a DA of 80+ a 67 will be at the lower end of the spectrum. You'll always want to target backlinks with a higher DA than your own.
By doing so you'll see link authority being passed along to you.
It is a bit hard to answer and there is not hard rules in place for something like this, as each case is unique and there may be value in lower authority growing sites.

Hi there! Looks like this was an issue with our mail server or your mail server as I was seeing hard bounces on the report emails. I have since reactivated them so you should start getting those tomorrow! Have a great day. If anything like this happens again feel free to reach us at help@moz.com

RE: Which trumps: spam ranking or domain authority?
Hey There Ben! In this case you'll always want to refer to what has more impact - the spam flags indicate a 30% likelihood that this is spam which is still leaving 70% that this is not spam, combine that with the DA/PA and this is still looking like a good link! You may want to monitor it over time during the next few indexes as good links can turn bad!

RE: MOZ Local Issue - Having Problem submitting multiple offices in the same city
Hey Joel - thanks for writing in about Moz Local - have you verified that there is a unique local business page for each of the location. With Moz Local we verify the business information through Local Business pages verified on Facebook and/or Google +. If each location has it's own page we will use those to verify each purchase. If you don't want to disclose any information for privacy reasons feel free to write in to help@moz.com

RE: Moz reporting for C-Blocking
Ray did a great job explaining what and how linking c-blocks do to affect your domain authority. Generally speaking it is better to have unique linking c-blocks as it means a variety of sources are linking to your domain. If all come from the same c-block it may look spammy or fake according to search engines.

RE: Reviews Duplicate Issue
Jarno is correct is using canonical tags on the same URL. However to me the way your question is phrased seems that you will be using content from different domains which would have no impact on your duplicate content if the domains are unique.
Feel free to contact help@moz.com if you need any follow up!

RE: Duplicate Home Page in Moz Report
Hello there!
This is James from Moz Help and I'd be happy to see what is causing this issue. I had a chance to examine your website and noticed that the second homepage stems from the logo home link:
http://screencast.com/t/MsNWaovmmrT
It contains a linke to "/" which doesn't really exist all that much unless you are a crawler. If you link this page back to www.laddersfree.co.uk you should be all set on your next crawl. If you have any follow up questions reach our support at help@moz.com
