Hi Lane - Our current crawl libraries do not support SNI which is typically what is enabled by default by Cloud Flare. Our engineering team is still investigating expanding our libraries but an ETA is not available quite yet.

RE: Moz reporting for C-Blocking
Ray did a great job explaining what and how linking c-blocks do to affect your domain authority. Generally speaking it is better to have unique linking c-blocks as it means a variety of sources are linking to your domain. If all come from the same c-block it may look spammy or fake according to search engines.

RE: 804 HTTPS (SSL) error
Hey there - sorry if there was a miscommunication but we do in fact support SSL, however at this time we do not support SNI (Server Name Identification) which is a technology used to host multiple SSL certificates from a single IP address. If you are currently leveraging CloudFlare or CloudFront we will not be able to crawl your site. If you are using a standard SSL from it's own IP we can most likely crawl that page.

RE: Reviews Duplicate Issue
Jarno is correct is using canonical tags on the same URL. However to me the way your question is phrased seems that you will be using content from different domains which would have no impact on your duplicate content if the domains are unique.
Feel free to contact help@moz.com if you need any follow up!

RE: Duplicate Home Page in Moz Report
Hello there!
This is James from Moz Help and I'd be happy to see what is causing this issue. I had a chance to examine your website and noticed that the second homepage stems from the logo home link:
http://screencast.com/t/MsNWaovmmrT
It contains a linke to "/" which doesn't really exist all that much unless you are a crawler. If you link this page back to www.laddersfree.co.uk you should be all set on your next crawl. If you have any follow up questions reach our support at help@moz.com

RE: Facebook listing not found
Hi David - Sorry about the issues you seem to be experiencing with Moz Local. While we allow you to enter your social URLs we actually pull the data via an API using your name address and phone number. In order for us to make a connection with Facebook you'll need to make sure the name, address, and phone number match up exactly with what Moz Local displays. If you are still seeing issues feel free to reach us at help@moz.com

RE: Does Moz's crawlers use _escaped_fragment_ to inspect pages on a single-page application?
Hi CareerDean,
At this time we are not supporting escaped_fragment for crawling websites and our crawler rogerbot will simply hit anchor tag links. I was able to take a look at your site and rogerbot will definitely have some trouble crawling anywhere here due to the lack of a hrefs.
What we have typically suggested in the past is using an HTML link at the bottom of the page leading to a basic site map so that Roger can navigate through. This will allow you to keep the same look and feel and just add one link to enable crawlers.
Please let me know if you need anything else and feel free to get us at help@moz.com with any further questions. Also feel free to ask any follow ups here as well.

RE: Just Discovered links - How long before they are counted toward the PA scores
Hey Joe,
Thanks for writing in! DA and PA are updated with our index every 3-6 weeks. Just discovered links are found through RSS feeds and Social accounts and are there to highlight links that may appear in our next index. You may see Page authority increase faster than Domain Authority with each update and there is a chance that it may remain the same depending on where your link juice is coming from.
Feel free to follow up with any other questions!

RE: Can we export Historical Campaign Data
Hello!
James from Moz Help here! There is a way to do so going forward however there is no way to get the PDF from the past if you did not generate it before.
The best way top get this data is to make a monthly report generated each month with all of the content you would wish to collect. Every month we will generate these PDF reports and store them for you every month. Unfortunately if you did not already create these we will not have them stored for the future. If you'd like to know more you can check it out here:
http://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started/custom-reports
or always feel free to contact help@moz.com - James - Moz Help!

RE: Moz local time
Hello Jamie - While all of our partners vary you should expect to see everything updated within 8 weeks. Some of our partners will update in a week or so while some may take longer.

RE: Does Moz's crawlers use _escaped_fragment_ to inspect pages on a single-page application?
David, yes you can serve that as a solution as well and the User-agent string will be rogerbot. Sorry for any confusion this caused on your end. Once you get this up and running Roger will crawl like there is no tomorrow!

RE: Not sure why the data on the reports is stale. Meaning it hasn't been updated since my purchase date. Hard to know if I am making any progress.
Hello Mike - Would love to help more on this issue, would you mind letting us know exactly what the issues on the reports seemed to be and which reports you were pulling? If you'd like send us a note at help@moz.com so we can take a look further into this.

RE: Moz Local and Telephone Number Change
Hi David - If this is the main phone number you can update it on Facebook and Google + and we will auto update this info within a week. If it is a secondary phone number as Ryan said you can add it as the Alt Phone on the .csv.

RE: I have the trial of MOZ right now but the open site explorer hasn't updated since Dec 4th
Ray is correct our next index is scheduled for this week (Jan 28th).
CJ5 - I apologize for the delays we've been seeing with our index, and please know we'd love to get you fresh data ASAP. We had some unforeseen issues early in January that led to this delay. We are working our hardest to get you complete, fresh, relevant link metrics. I do apologize for any issues you have in the meantime!

RE: Why is the exact same URL being seen as duplicate and showing an error in my SEO reports
Hey Josh,
You may want to speak with your developer on this one PHP is a server language and could be generating the unique pages and causing Roger to crawl twice depending on which way he approaches the page. I apologize for the delay here as I was not receiving notifications on this post.

RE: Linking Moz with Excel to compare links enmass
Hello there - is there a specific type of sort you are trying to perform? If not just by using the default Filter Icon in Excel/ Google Sheets will be fine:
http://screencast.com/t/BLnkZPUkrD3c
Hitting the sort button will allow you to manipulate the order which you see the PA displayed. In excel if you need to run a double sort simply hit Data -> Sort and enter the details in the dialog.

RE: Page Authority Migration
While it is passing on the link equity there are most likely still links going back to the old URL. Unfortunately until backlinks for the new page start outpacing the old page or the older links become deprecated the old page will still outrank the previous one.

RE: Is it possible to send a string/id to an api call and return it?
Hey there! This question would actually be a great candidate for our API Forums. The Q&A here will typically focus on SEO and Moz Analytics questions and while we don't exclude API questions here we do have a forum dedicated to them below:
https://seomoz.zendesk.com/categories/6328-API-Support-Forums
Hope the forums can direct you where you need!

RE: Which trumps: spam ranking or domain authority?
Ben - this all depends on your industry and the blogs/news sources in the industry. For example if all of your other backlinks have a DA of 80+ a 67 will be at the lower end of the spectrum. You'll always want to target backlinks with a higher DA than your own.
By doing so you'll see link authority being passed along to you.
It is a bit hard to answer and there is not hard rules in place for something like this, as each case is unique and there may be value in lower authority growing sites.

RE: Is there a way to track mobile rankings vs desktop rankings in Moz?
Right now we do not have a dedicated workflow for mobile vs. desktop pages however if they are contained in their own sub folder or sub domain you can set up a campaign used Advanced Features in the campaign setup.

RE: I set up a custom report to be sent to me daily about a week ago, but I haven't received any of them yet?
Hi there! Looks like this was an issue with our mail server or your mail server as I was seeing hard bounces on the report emails. I have since reactivated them so you should start getting those tomorrow! Have a great day. If anything like this happens again feel free to reach us at help@moz.com

RE: Is there a way to track mobile rankings vs desktop rankings in Moz?
Jared - so sorry for the delay here! Essentially with Moz we don't separate any data out within a specific campaign but that's not to say you can't do so. For example say you have a website domain.com. if users are redirected to a domain.com/mobile or mobile.domain.com you can set these up as different campaigns so that you can track them separately. If the website is a responsive domain and all of it lives under domain.com and adjusts to the screen size Moz will not be able to track it separately.
-
RE: Is it possible to set up a custom report template to use on multiple campaigns?
Hi there - at this time each of the reports need to be created manually and unique for each campaign. Templates have been asked for by many of our users but we are not there yet to deliver these. We always appreciate feedback so I'd be happy to bring this to our product team once again.

RE: Invoice
Dean is correct! As long as you are logged in simply head over to moz.com/billing and you'll find all of your historical invoices as well!
-
RE: How is the Moz keyword limit for each plan determined?
Hi there! This keyword limit of 300 refers only to keywords you have tracked in your campaign. If you are are unsure of how many keywords you currently are using you can always check here -http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns. Keyword Difficulty and Rank Tracker are tracked separately in their own pool of keywords.

RE: Why can I not crawl this site
Hi there! We cannot resolve this page nor can my browser:
The server at new.kbc.be can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network.
Hope this helps!
