Hey there! I had a representative reach out from Chango when he saw your question and I wanted to post what he sent over...
"I would think most search retargeting companies (Chango included) support geo-targeting at the State or DMA level. The trouble is this typically reduces the reach substantially. Also some ad exchanges would not let us serve ad impressions at the DMA level."
I hope that helps. In our experience its always been available with our providers, but we just don't have a need for local campaigns right now, so I don't have any first hand experiences to share. Good luck!

RE: For SEOMoz Staff - Can You Make a Better Referral Badge, PLEASE?
Hey Francisco!
You are correct we have both. The affiliate program is designed for non-PRO members, and opens us up to working with networks of sites that are closely related to ours. The payout is $25 per lead.
The referral program is really meant for existing PRO members, and helps us reward our PRO members for recommending us to clients, friends, etc. The payout is $100 credit to your account.
The idea here is that we believe both PRO members and non-PRO members can have friends, visitors, etc. that might be interested in PRO. We wanted there to be options for sending qualified leads our way. We believe in rewarding anyone who mentions us, hence both options.
hope that helps clear it up!

RE: For SEOMoz Staff - Can You Make a Better Referral Badge, PLEASE?
Hey Francisco this is a great idea. We actually have a number of badges in the affiliate program platform but have yet to integrate them with the Referral Program. I'd like even more to have custom badges for the Refer A Friend program, but this is going to take a little bit given our design resources and dev resources (we'd need to integrate them into our internal platform}. Let me talk to a few people and see if I can't get this prioritized for Q1. At the least feel free to make a badge that you like and send over to me - joanna@seomoz.org and we can try to approve something on a temporary basis to keep you afloat until we can get more formalized options in there.
Thanks for the suggestion, its a great reminder to build these out!

RE: How are you implementing TAGFEE?
Hey Jon! Thanks for bringing up TAGFEE here in the forums. As you know we talk about it quite a bit internally, but its always great to see how others are lacing it into their professional and personal lives. I will be honest and say when I first started working here at Moz, I wasn't quite sure how to negotiate TAGFEE in my everyday professional life. I quickly saw how it raised the bar on almost everything I touched, and wasn't sure if I had the discipline, patience, and honesty (to myself and others) to really use it daily in performance marketing. Try being transparent about screwing up a test, or being generous with a promo that might lose you money or members. It was tough to say the least.
But you are right, it really helped me grow and quickly became something I started applying in other parts of my life as well. I do find myself being more transparent with others outside of my job, and have even tried to lace both fun and exceptional into my personal life. This means I have to take time from work to enjoy the wonderful people in my life (which has always been a struggle for me) and I have tried to be a more exceptional friend, and daughter as well. This often laces directly into generosity and empathy. To me, the better you exhibit one tenet the better you are off on all the others.
I will say that the hardest part for me is realizing not everyone takes these so seriously. To be fully transparent There are plenty of people in our industry that could give two hoots about the above words and how they apply in their lives...which is their choice, you know? I shouldn't hold them to a standard they never promised to consider. Also some people at Moz are still working on "getting" these, as am I at times. Its a work in progress and all we can do is re-read them often, and ask ourselves some hard questions when faced with a fork in the road.
Thanks again for bringing this up, its a great topic, and I'm excited to see what you and our community do with these tenets. Thanks Jon!

Do you have a testimonial for us? SEOmoz wants to hear them!
Hi everyone!
Hope you don't mind me using Q&A to ask for your feedback, but we are looking for testimonials from PRO members on our tools, web app, and resources. These testimonials will be laced throughout the site on a variety of pages and will include -- your name, company, and possibly a photo {smile!}
If you are willing to give one, please feel free to either email me -- joanna@seomoz.org, or leave in the comments below. We only need a line or two. Anything about what you think of our tools, how they have helped, etc., would be great!
Thank you in advance, and I assure you this will not be a regular use of Q&A! We really appreciate your help and feedback everyone. #mozhug
