Kathleen Fealy, a search veteran with over 16 years experience in organic search, works with small to mid-size businesses in developing online strategies that include SEO, customer-centric content and customer engagement. She is an HFI Certified Usability Analyst and a ConversionXL Certified Optimizer (Conversion Revenue Research and Optimization). She spoke at Search Engine Strategies on topics concerning SEO and Usability, was a Contributing Editor for Web Marketing Today and wrote articles for various industry publications such as SES Magazine and Visibility. She is a member of the Usability Professionals' Association and SEMPO where she served as the Education Committee Co-Chair for many years.
