That is the best way (since you'll be logged in and your account information will be included with the ticket). An alternate way is to email help@moz.com.

RE: Any tools for scraping blogroll URLs from sites?
One thing to look at is Outwit Hub for Firefox. It might be able to help with that. It can scrape data from a page and do a lot with it. http://www.outwit.com/products/hub/. Don't know that it meets all of your needs, but I also haven't seen a response with anything better at the moment.

RE: Where is the best place to find an SEO coach?
For knowing what's good advice, I'd start out by reading our recently updated Beginner's Guide to SEO. That should help you get started without even needing to hire someone just yet.

RE: What is the most optimal URL structure
Don't forget to consider how your URL structure can help with effective Google Analytics tracking. Lunametrics has a good post on designing a GA-friendly site structure at http://www.lunametrics.com/blog/2010/09/22/designing-google-analytics-friendly-site/

RE: KW Difficulty Daily Limit |
Hi! There have been meetings internally about this, and we've made one change today (with more discussions to happen).
If you have an account higher than the Standard $99 a month subscription (so Medium or above), you'll get 750 keywords a day.
Feedback we'd like from you, if you haven't already shared it, is if you are using this tool in bulk, how do you use it? Do you generate full reports? Export multiple data points? Just using difficulty scores? Running daily, or large batches weekly or monthly?
Thank you!

RE: Maybe a silly question but do Moz write guest blogs? If so, who do I ask?
Hi! We received your email as well as your FB message. We'll pass it along to the correct people. Thanks for the inquiry!

RE: Why is open site explorer not showing the top links that if found previously.
Here's information about OSE's latest update, form Rand's blog post. http://www.seomoz.org/blog/november-2011-linkscape-update
Are you seeing the links or are they still missing? If they're still missing, do contact help@seomoz.org.

RE: Are there discrepancies between GWT and SEOMoz?
If I remember correctly, Google is doing an average of all of the pages that rank for that term. So if your privacy policy ranks in 20th position for your company name, that gets factored in. I think that's how it works, but could be wrong. It should be a place to start looking for information though.

RE: Youtube dofollow link to web site
I think there are different types of channels and some do have links without the nofollow attribute, but those channels aren't available for the regular person that just has two videos up.

RE: Not receiving emails from Fresh Web Explorer
Could you send us an email at help@moz.com so we can investigate? This will likely need more detail than we'll want to get into in a public forum. Unfortunately, with a holiday weekend here, the response may be a bit delayed, but we will get back to you. I just don't have the tools available to me to look into it. Thanks so much!

RE: How do you create custom reporting with the new Moz?
It's not available in Moz Analytics just yet, but you can switch back to Pro and still get your custom reports.
-
RE: Site recently updated- are my campaign results really accurate?
Sounds like it's time to submit a ticket to the help desk. Email them at help@seomoz.org with the query in question and the destination URL. I know there were some issues with UK rank tracking, I'm not sure about rank tracking otherwise. The help desk would be able to tell you though.

RE: High ranked web site on Google GONE - but webspam team says nothing wrong
Thank you Irving! I don't always get a chance to go back to the older posts, but I do like to do this when I have time available. It's often interesting to get the follow-up report and see how things turned out.

RE: Redirected old domain to new, how long before seeing the external links under the new domain?
Open Site Explorer last updated mid-January, and the next update is due for February 29th, so that's why you haven't seen those links yet. It can take 1-2 crawl cycles for new links to appear.
The calendar is available at https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/345964-linkscape-update-schedule to let you know when the previous updates were, and when the next one is scheduled.

RE: How log to take my campaign get approved and state work ?
Hi, and welcome to Moz! The campaign at Moz helps you to identify what is going well and things you may want to do, but you're the one that needs to decide what to do and how to get the work done.
If this wasn't what you were asking, a little more information to help clarify your question would be great. Thanks!

RE: What Anchor text is being used by my competitors and how many times?
Yes! You'll want to go to Open Site Explorer and type in their domain and you can move lots of switches and levers there to see all kinds of data. http://www.seomoz.org/blog/one-giant-leap-for-link-data-announcing-open-site-explorer is an introduction from when OSE was first launched and can give you an idea of some of the neat things you can do.

RE: SEO for one web site two domains
Hi Chandana,
Is that your actual domain? I'm not getting anything for that URL.
Usually if you have two domains with identical content, you would want to 301 redirect one domain to the other domain.

RE: Blog problems
For the second site listed, I see one post, and that content is also at http://www.stephensons.co.uk/site/news_and_events/blogpost/motor_insurance_fraud. The rest is default WP stuff. That's really not adding the type of value that Google is looking for in a site.
For the first site, I'm seeing duplicated content and a very similar template between http://www.advantagesolicitor.co.uk/disciiplinary-hearing-procedure/ and http://www.atmsolicitors.co.uk/disciplinary-hearings/.
I'm afraid I don't see the original content for these sites.
I'm not sure what you mean by not on analytics. I was asking about Google Webmaster Tools, not Google Analytics.

RE: Location of Rand's Webinar "Using Open Site Explorer to Uncover New Marketing Opportunities"
Hi Josey,
You should be able to view it at http://www.seomoz.org/webinars/using-open-site-explorer-to-uncover-new-marketing-opportunities.
It is on the webinar page. You just need to scroll down to the Free section instead of looking at the Pro section at the top.

RE: Giving access to a new user
We don't have that feature right now. We are developing a multi-user feature right now, however, and will keep everyone posted when it is ready.

RE: Http://lsapi.seomoz.com pop up
Things should be working now. On Friday OSE and Linkscape (and lsapi) were down, but that came back about 5pm Pacific time on Friday.
If re-adding the extension doesn't work, it's time to email the help desk at help@seomoz.org.

RE: PA and DA
Here's a help page about our DA calculations that may help http://www.seomoz.org/learn-seo/domain-authority. The short answer is that DA can change because of the way we calculate DA and because our index changes each update.

RE: Traffic drop :(
If Build My Rank or a couple of other networks were used at all for links, that may also account for some of the changes. But I'd be sure to check your analytics and make sure they're on Cloudflare properly.
edit: you said there were no ranking changes, so I'd really look at analytics at this point. Also, was the 300 uniques over three days a regular occurrence, or was it more of a spike from getting featured on reddit at one point then your baseline being much lower? Look at a couple of months worth of traffic as a baseline, not just a couple of days.

RE: Forecasting Seasonal Keyword Traffic with Python Script
I totally agree with James here. This looks like it'd be a really helpful post for YouMoz! I would include some screenshots to grab the attention of readers and let them know what kind of results they'll see after they do this and why it's worth their while. Feel free to submit, we'd love to see it!

Ryan's spot-on here. The feature request forum is available at http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests and you can add your comment over there, if someone hasn't already requested this.

RE: Does Server Speed Effect SEO Rankings?
Hi Chronicle,
You might also investigate other ways to speed up your site, such as making sure your images are optimized. Your home page images are all identical, and the file size could easily be cut in half with http://www.smushit.com/ysmush.it/.
Honestly, I would worry less about your server at this point, and more about other things that might send off some spammy signals to Google. The text of your website claims that it is just for research purposes, but the links coming to the site that show in Open Site Explorer have a lot of "buy viagra" anchor text coming from .edu pages that have been heavily spammed. The image that's often repeated on the home page has the filename of buy-sildenafil-citrate_00.jpg. The alt text for the free shipping image is "buy research chemicals", etc.
-
RE: Can I create different login accounts to access different campaigns?
Right now we're looking at early next year. As you might imagine, there is a ton of testing to do when we go from one login=one account to many logins = one account.

RE: Anyone having issues with OSE?
Hi Anthony,
That's a case for the help desk. Please email them at help@seomoz.org and let them know the URL you're getting that on and what browser you're using. I haven't seen a rash of complaints coming in here or on Twitter the last few hours, so I think it may be an isolated issue.
Thanks, and so sorry you're having problems.

RE: Moz Analytics bugs
Hi Adam,
I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. We have a list of some known bugs at http://moz.com/community/q/trending-bugs-in-moz-analytics.
How are you contacting the support team? I took a look in our logs under your name, email, and nickname, and could only find a request from 2011 there. The best way to contact is at http://moz.com/help/contact or to email help@moz.com. If you can tell me how you contacted our team, or what email you used when you contacted, I can look into this more for you.

RE: Strange Links in OSE
Nigel,
I'm so sorry I didn't catch this question earlier. There is a known bug in Linkscape where it is treating binary files as having links and is messing up the data. Please see this Q&A thread with an explanation from one of the Linkscape engineers.

RE: Over-Optimized?
Have you looked at your competitors? Has one of them done something to move higher, thus moving you lower?
Over what time period are you decreasing for the keyword in question? If you're looking long-term, keep in mind that (not provided) now accounts for some of those declines -- you were seeing all of your keywords 18 months ago, but aren't now.
Is there a reason your blog is disallowed in your robots.txt?

RE: 503 error on Moz
Hi! These are actually two separate issues here.
This morning we had a problem where the blog was dead because of data we were trying to pull from an API that was unresponsive. We fixed that section of the code and it should be fine now.
We did have a problem with our cookies that we fixed about two days ago. That was causing people (staff too!) to get logged out all the time. If you manually log out and log back in, you should get the fixed cookie and everything should be OK.

I'd add a comment on the blog post itself asking about it, though it may be something that we don't share because it is proprietary.

RE: Whats next after I rank for many keywords?
Does traffic make your client money, or do conversions make your client money? Are the people doing what you want them to once they get on the site? Optimizing for conversions may be the next thing to focus on -- make use of that traffic you're already getting.

If you download the CSV of your errors, you'll see a column in the export labeled refer and you'll be able to see where these links are coming from.

RE: How to find all of a website's SERPs?
I rank #1 for "Use the shopping cart option available on most pages" but nobody ever searches that and it's nothing that would bring me any money. There's not a way to find out things you rank for but nobody searches, at least that I'm aware of, and it might not do you any good. Still, the others have some good suggestions here.
-
RE: Do I nee 2 sitemaps?
There are two types of site maps. There are XML sitemaps for the search engines, and a regular page for the users.
The sitemap for the users does not need to include every page on your site. Check out how Verizon Wireless has done their sitemap. All of the sections are laid out, but there's just a link to smartphones -- not to each and every smartphone and its color variation. http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/sitemap.jsp When examining what to include on your site, remember users as well as search engines.
